Santa Marina, a Luxury Collection Resort, Mykonos

Hotel is really gorgeous but it is not secure. My fiancé's gold bracelet was stolen from our room while we stayed there. the hotel told me that they didn't believe me basically. I would not stay here if you are bringing things that you don't want to be stolen.

We went here to spend a day at the beach. Absolutely everything perfect. Probably the best location of the island with the best staff as well. Extremely accurate and friendly service, always present without ever being intrusive. All the We’ll come back for sure!

We had a spectacular 3-night stay at the Santa Marina in Mykonos. The staff was all super professional and the hotel was impeccably design and expertly run. We enjoyed the luxurious buffet breakfast in the mornings and the hotel offered us many excellent recommendations on what restaurants to head to for dinner. The concierge was also helpful in making us dinner reservations at several of those restaurants. The hotel room was super clean and the housekeeping service kept our room stocked with towels, water, chocolate and other goodies. Our room had a beautiful view of the sea, which was great to gaze out during the evenings while sipping a glass of wine. Since we stayed there with our 3 children, we did not visit the "adults-only" pool, but we spent many hours at the "family pool" which was perfect for us. We also spent an entire afternoon at the beach, where the service was prompt and very attentive. We had an amazing lunch at the Buddha Beach Bar, which was a phenomenal meal. I only wish we could have found a night to return for dinner! The hotel was also extremely helpful with arranging for cars to take us other places on the island, and pick us up when we were done. This was super helpful because there are very few taxis in Mykonos. So we were thankful for having a way to always get a car to pick us up with only a 15-20 minute wait in most circumstances. We stayed in a Sea View Family Resort suite, which was a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit, joined by a spiral staircase. Our kids loved having their own separate bedroom, which we appreciated as well! In short, i would highly recommend this resort. This is an excellent place to stay with children, because the staff and hotel are super kid-friendly, but it also still feels like an ultra-luxurious resort that my wife and I would have selected pre-kids as well.

This was our family’s first visit to Greece and I can say that Santa Marina is now one of my all time favorites! The rooms are perfection! So beautifully appointed and luxurious. The staff every where on the property are warm and engaging. The food and service at both Elias and Buddha Bar were excellent and the views were stunning. The concierge team perfectly took care of all of our questions and needs from Dinners, to transportation and activities.. The Beach at Santa Marina is as good as it gets. We left one day to experience a beach club and quickly realized that there was no reason to leave our gorgeous hotel for a beach club again. We can not wait to return to Santa Marina!

Where do I start. Check in i guess where the welcome was warm and heartfelt. From the get go as you arrive into this beautiful hotel the staff are warm, approachable, polite and sincere in the desire to ensure your stay is the best. I am lucky enough to be an Ambassador Elite Member with Marriott Bonvoy and so was treated to an upgrade to a room with its own small mini pool. However we didnt really use it as the main Pool area is fantastic with beautiful ocean views. Everything about the hotel was perfect for us, the Staff, the quality of the room finish, furnishings, mattress, pillows and bedding all 5 star and luxurious. The Buddha bar was an outstanding memory and experience although somewhat over priced the atmosphere, food and staff are brilliant there also. My only complaint if any is the high price of things but I guess that's just Mykonos.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The entire place is beautifully designed, and every corner is worth photographing. The staff are incredibly pleasant and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The food is delicious with a great variety to choose from, and there are plenty of pools to enjoy. The spa offers excellent service, providing a truly relaxing experience. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a wonderful vacation spot. We also wanted to thank our butlers, Dimitris and Alexander. And a big thanks to Dmitriy and Alexander from the restaurant. 🤍🤍🤍

We booked a 3 night stay in a 2 bedroom suite. Prior to our arrival, the hotel staff were very helpful in booking arrival transportation and restaurant reservations. Unfortunately, the day before our departure, a family member was hospitalized and we had to cancel the entire trip. We canceled at the last moment and so we understood that we would have to pay the full cancelation fee of 12000 EUR - painful, but understandable given the hotel policy. I asked the reservation specialist if there was any way we could rebook the reservation in August. I could see on their website that they had availability and could have booked online, but I asked if the hotel would consider providing us with any sort of accommodation given that we spent 12000 EUR in cancelation fees - perhaps a discounted rate, or something small? They said they'd have to discuss it and would get back to me. I never heard back so I called again and spoke to the reservation manager, who also promised to get back to me. I didn't hear back, so I called again. The reservation manager was unavailable. I asked for the manager and he was unavailable as well and they said he would call me back. When I asked for his name, they refused to share it, which I found very strange. I didn’t hear back after a few days so I posted a draft of this review. Within moments, I received an email from the reservation manager, offering me 4 nights for the price of 3 on a 6K EUR per night suite, which was a good gesture. I replied asking a question about the reservation, and shared that my concerns about the service experience remained. I suggested that perhaps the general manager could call me to discuss it. That was the last I heard from the resort.

A beautiful luxury resort on Ornos bay. The views, pool and beach areas are beautiful, and the rooms are nicely appointed. But what made the difference is the ENTIRE staff, especially Frania, Anna & Stefanos, who went above & beyond to make our entire wedding group have the time of our lives!

A must stay for the demanding traveler who expects five star service through out their entire stay. From the check in to assisting with any need, the hotel accommodated and exceeded in every area. Private beach, no waiting at all for beach loungers. Our room had the most spectacular view of the bay and sunset , ask for room 219 ! A top 5 hotel for me, with extensive travel for over 30 years and 25+ countries visited, make this one of your stays you won’t regret it
