We arrived after 8pm on a Saturday evening to find a note with all of the information we needed for a quick and easy check-in. The following Morning Thanasis checked in on us to ensure we had everything we needed and offered recommendations, especially with getting around the island. The hotel is clean, stylish and the ideal spot for a secluded get away. Thanasis organised a quad bike for us and at a great price! Getting around the island was made even easier. Ano Mera itself is an ideal location for those looking to escape the crowds but occasionally dip their toes into all the Mykonos offers. Hopefully we’ll be back.

This little gem stays close to our hearts now. The general manager/concierge there (Thanasis) couldn’t do enough for us, big shout out to the cleaning ladies as well who provided the best service ever! The area is quiet; all the photo’s of the property are as advertised. The pool area and pool were being kept clean throughout our 10 day stay (cats!). We can’t recommend this property enough; we drove all over the island and kept saying how lucky we were to stay where we did.

this was a lovely hotel, simple check in where our key was in our door as we arrived and a lovely clean room. only issue within the room was that the safe did not work, however the maid assured us we would be fine. the shower was a bit cold, as was the pool however it is october so was justified. had a wonderful stay, our room had a kettle, and we were expecting a kitchen however wasn’t an issue as there are shops 5-10 mins walk away. will definitely be staying again 😁

Hotel and position were ok, staff very kind but I am giving only 2 stars as dogs should not be kept chained all day long especially with such a hot temperature. He was depressed and clearly unconfortable.

Dieses Hotel verdient nicht einmal einen Stern. Ich weiß gar nicht, wo ich anfangen soll – vom verdreckten Zimmer bis hin zum unfreundlichen Hotelpersonal. Das gesamte Hotel und das Zimmer entsprechen weder der Beschreibung noch den Abbildungen! Das Zimmer war statt der angegebenen 18 m² höchstens 12 m² groß und ähnelte eher einem Camping-Anhänger mit dünnen Pappwänden, durch die man jedes Wort der Nachbarn und jede Toilettenspülung hören konnte. Als ob das nicht genug wäre, war das Zimmer komplett verdreckt und in die Jahre gekommen. Da ich hier keine Fotos anhängen kann, eine kurze Aufzählung: verrostete Dusche, aus der kaum Wasser kam; Spinnenweben in allen Ecken und Kanten des Zimmers; Schimmel an der Decke über der Dusche und bei der Duschabdichtung; kaputte Türklingel, die ich in der Hand hielt; Ameisen im Zimmer; kaputte Klimaanlage, die laute Geräusche machte; und dreckige Bettwäsche mit braunen Flecken. Auch nach mehrfacher Aufforderung wurden die Zimmer nicht gereinigt, lediglich die Kissenbezüge wurden gewechselt. Der Hotelmanager war total unkooperativ und stellte sich quer. Er bot uns als Entschädigung einen Zimmerwechsel an, weil er uns nicht auschecken lassen wollte. Dieser Zimmerwechsel erfolgte jedoch nie, angeblich weil alle Zimmer belegt waren. Allerdings waren nachweislich Zimmer frei, da viele Gäste nach nur einer Nacht wieder abreisten, weil sie es dort nicht aushalten konnten. Es war ein tägliches Kommen und Gehen. Es scheint, als würde das Hotel ein ziemlich lukratives Geschäft damit machen, den Gästen das Geld aus der Tasche zu ziehen und die Zimmer doppelt und dreifach zu vermieten.

Esperienza fantastica! Siamo appena andati via da questa struttura e non possiamo far altro che dire che siamo stati benissimo! Avevamo prenotato questo viaggio due anni fa e non abbiamo potuto usufruirne a causa covid. La gentilezza del personale di questa struttura è stata eccellente nel rassicurarci e nel tenere attiva la prenotazione fino a quest anno. Struttura bellissima, tenuta in maniera impeccabile. Camera grande e spaziosa. Pulizia giornaliera. Immersa nel relax vicino al piccolo villaggio di Ano Mera. Alla reception il sign. Ioannis sempre disponibile, gentile, professionale e pronto ad accogliere con un sorriso. Consigliatissimo!!!!!!!!!
