訂這家飯店是因為隔壁baba訂的房間空調是壞的 之前又沒電力 交通也不方便 就直接往上訂了隔壁的這家聖馬可。 酒店設計蠻出色 但服務不太貼心 特別在泳池附近不見了眼鏡 問了前台 泳池吧的員工 一聽到不見了東西 立刻就說什麼也不知道。 「拜託 我只是需要你們幫忙配合找一下 沒說誰是賊」 酒店的職員連問都沒問一句 或是說幫忙找找看 」 蠻失望的。 雖然酒店有shuttle 和泳池 好過隔壁baba 但服務質量需要提升一下 比較五星級飯店的服務理念需要為客人著想一下。

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at the San Marco hotel, and we're still pinning on the beautiful memories we've created there. The hotel's stunning architecture and breathtaking views make it a truly unique experience. If you're looking for the ultimate Mykonos getaway, look no further – San Marco is the hotel of choice for those seeking luxury and exceptional service. Dimitris, the marketing manager, is a true ambassador for the hotel. His knowledge and enthusiasm for the property are contagious, and his dedication to showcasing its beauty is evident in every aspect of the hotel's presentation. We appreciated his warm hospitality and insight into the hotel's unique features. The hotel's staff, particularly Vasilis, went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Vasilis's dedication to his role is impressive, and his warm and welcoming attitude makes everyone feel at home. He's always ready to help with anything, and his kindness and professionalism are truly exceptional. The world needs more people like Vasilis! Sotiris, one of the hotel driver, was also fantastic, providing most professional and courteous transportation to the hotel's top levels on the hill. The hotel's service is top-notch, and the staff's commitment to excellence is palpable. We're so grateful to have experienced it.

We loved so much about the San Marco hotel that it is hard to share it all! We are well traveled New Yorkers who stayed at the San Marco hotel with a group of 45 people. We might be pickier than many but the hotel and staff checked all the boxes. The rooms are spacious and clean, the views are beautiful, the food was great and sitting around the pool for post travel day cocktails was a joy. But in particular, the service was outstanding. Special shout outs to waitresses Nicoletta and Neftali, to the barman Michael and the young ladies at reception Ria and Katia. All provided smiles and good service. And gratitude to the Operations Manger Harris and to General Manager Andreas for going above and beyond to help our friend. Thank you all for making our stay in Mykonos truly wonderful.
