Courtyard Myrtle Beach Broadway

Was there three nights...no cleaning. Also no free breakfast. Pool nice but small. Good for kids looked modern inside. Room items appeared new. Need microwave in room also. Rooms are not very soundproof. Took bout 20 min with traffic to beach

after coming from the Blu Hotel I was disappointed with no microwave. The room was spacious and balcony overlooking the pool was nice. The two queen beds were nice and provided a great sleep for both hubby and I. The location was nice if you are looking to enjoy the local area events but you still have to drive.

Excellent time at your hotel. The front desk was one of the major things that made a huge impact on us. Mike is a top standard front desk person and I wish more were like him at every hotel we visit, he gave excellent service every single time we have been there. Brianna was amazing & such a pleasant, helpful, kind, happy & professional associate. great asset to have. Topanga was a chip off the block also with helpful, happy attitude & service. All are great assets to have. KB was to helpful as well. They all made the hotel experience one of a kind & we will be back & send others. The upkeep at the hotel was up to standard as expected at the great Marriot & we thank you for all of it.

Kaleem was very professional. Gave great suggestions of places to eat and visit while in Myrtle Beach. During my stay he remembered my name and greeted me every time I entered hotel. Simple gestures like that create an amazing experience. I will definitely return. When I checked out Brianna was nice as well.

This hotel was a great location for the golf courses we had booked to play and for Broadway at the Beach. We were staying for 7 nights and requested a room with balcony or terrace and this is what we were given. The room was spacious with comfy beds. The bathroom was a little tired but adequate. What has been really disappointing has been the housekeeping services. We were told when we checked in that our room would be serviced every 2nd day. It took 4 visits to reception and an extra day to get our first room service and when the 2nd was due another visit to reception after a long day out. When I said I shouldn’t be having to come to reception to get the room cleaned I was greeted with a nonchalant “yes I know” !! Not good enough

I was quite disappointed in this courtyard as the others I have stayed at are much better quality. The rooms were small, very odd layout. The bathroom had no where to put your clothes when you changed. No shelf. Odd. There were holes in wall & paint chips everywhere. Reminded me more of a Super 8, not a Marriott property. Thw air quality was extremely poor and it smelled everywhere like an old, musty, hotel that hasn’t had their filters changed. The gym was missing weights and also quite dirty. The women’s bathroom in the lobby was a mess; 1 door was missing, 1 didn’t lock, and it was completely out of toilet paper at 8am. It was NOT up to standards of a typical Courtyard. I do not recommend staying here. What made it slightly tolerable was the staff. They were very nice!

This hotel is a great location near by the Broadway on the Beach Pier that has shops, Restaurants, Amusement Park, etc across the street from this hotel. Also, it was a great view of the fireworks for the Fourth of July. The hotel staff seem so nice and helpful with my needs during my stay. Thanks. I am really appreciating.

The room is small and the set up is weird. We are staying here 3 night and they do NOT have free coffee. I understand taking it down when they start their breakfast but no complimentary coffee. They have free internet but not a secure option, so I have to utilize my hotspot. For as much as we pay for the rooms free coffee has always been an option

I am giving this 4 stars in consideration of the price. This was a pass thru stay for us on our way to Charleston. We paid $80 and got $20 food credit (Platinum benefit) so it didn't need to be perfect. The room was smaller than our usual Courtyards but the price was 1/2 or less. It was fine and a great location for people going to a ballgame or Boardwalk at the Beach. We walked to a fun pizza place for dinner and had an early morning walk on Myrtle Beach and Boardwalk. I'd stay here again.
