Accommodations are great, place is spotless the only down side was not able to go to the private beach since their beach shuttle is off season in September and nowhere to park unless you park at the public lot and walk, it cost $3.00 and hour to park and no chairs to seat either, something is not mention on the website when I booked my stay also housekeeping doesn’t fill up essentials like coffee, sugar now take the used kitchen towel, they think it’s okay to hang it to dry at the sink, you can see on my pictures we had to go to the public beach with no options of chairs, we had to be were residents take their dogs to the beach.

Fabulous service from top to Bottom. Patricia went out of her way to provide great service and help us plan our stay. The bus to the beach ran every ten minutes. Chairs and towels were provided by the hotel. They also had an excellent snack bar at the beach.

We enjoyed our stay here. The manager Joseph was very informative and made sure we were aware of all the resort amenities available to us. He provided coupon books, recommended dining and entertainment in the area and gave us maps. We felt welcomed and comfortable. We will return often.

Amazing experience. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. The private beach access was a great amenity for the price and the shuttle was always there within in 10 minutes! The rooms were decent the hotel is very quiet and the views are beautiful. My favorite part of the stay was watching the sunset over the waterway. Definitely make sure to meet Michael at Reflections, Joseph the midnight manager, Sheryl and Laura were super duper accommodating to making our stay even more enjoyable. I’d definitely go back. The pool is nice and the two hot tubs are a great addition.

This hotel is old. I think the experience was a 1 or possibly 2 star hotel experience. The first thing bad was the checkin process. The person there was somewhat rude and not at all inviting. We went to our room and the first thing I noticed was the rug by the fireplace was torn and old and had pulls all over it. The room however was clean. The safe worked but the entertainment center was broken so we could close the doors. The bed had these ropes in its design and they were all coming off. The bathroom was clean however there was white paint on the floor in spots. The kitchen was clean and so was the fridge. The pictures they show you on their website is very different than what you actually get in person. Probably this hotel at one time when it was newer was a very nice place. I went for ice on my floor and the ice machine was broken and I had to go to another floor for it. In my opinion they should do some major renovations and restore this place to its former glory. The folks seemed to be very nice.

Hosting a big conference and I have been amazed by the personalized service from the team here. I am a one-woman show and rely heavily on the hotel staff to assist me. Laura went above and beyond to locate my packages so I would be prepared for my golf tournament and Joseph went two extra miles to pre-load them into my car for the following morning! I am one happy business leader!

My front desk experience was perfect. Laura was very knowledgeable with the amenities and local dining. She really wanted to help with everything. Joseph was helping with my cellphone and kindly participated. I will be back on the next trip with Bojangles

Laura at the front desk along with Joseph was very helpful in finding our reservation and helping us with dinner reservations they go above and beyond any expectations we had here at the marina Inn. We will definitely come back in the spring with the wife and kids.

Laura, Sheryl, at the front desk, and Joseph, Loss Prevention were VERY HELPFUL! They were very kind and helpful. They made sure all of my needs were met. Joseph made sure that I was taking care of. He went above and beyond to help me! I wish every place I visited had GREAT FOLKS like them!
