Good- garden, food, staff
bad- room, old tvs on cable, insufficient power outlets, takes guests photo on checkin, uncomfortable furniture

Overall experience was great. Excellent for family outing, relaxed environment with greenary everywhere. Would recommend for everyone. Nice scenic views from rooms and services are decent. Breakfast is good.

The place is very beautiful. The property is very earthly and gives off a heritage property vibes. The staff were really sweet and professional. The food also was brilliant. Looking forward to stay here again

Wonderful hotel - the photos don't do it justice. Lush and green, excellent customer service, excellent food. The games were fun and the pool was wonderful. Beautiful decor. best part was the many varieties of plants in the grounds. We had the jumbo suite and it was great for us and our two children. I do wish there had been dark curtains- the curtains were sheer and woke me up at dawn. Also, the towels smelt - I think they needed bleaching. Otherwise a glorious stay, with a glimpse of an elegant lifestyle.

Overall it was a pleasant stay for us. We really enjoyed our stay. Felt like we are at some hill stations.

The location is so wonderful and the facility is very well maintained. Very pleasant staff and excellent food. Great place to unwind. It is not very far for places of sightseeing either. Would recommend a trip surely!
