Very poor unprofessional service by manager Mr.Manjunath and employee Swamy. Charged ₹1100 for 2 hours extra stay past checkout and demanded cash or upi transfer to his personnel account Unprecedented to charge so much while i had booked the room for less than ₹2k Overall very bad service, management doesn’t do justice to the quality of infrastructure.

The hotel stay was a pleasant experience. The food at the hotel restaurant Picante was value for money. The staff at the hotel and the restaurant is extremely helpful and accomodating. The overall experience was pleasing, considering the time of the year we visited.

Food was nice and staff become quite responsive after a feedback.Also the ambience was nice and rooftop dinner makes experience more satisfying and music was as per the mood and makes us happy which eventually leads to a person overall happiness ❤️.

Good experience like friendly staff and affordable price totally i enjoyed the stay in rhe hotel i recommend strongly to who experience luxurious in affordable price staafs are very friendly .They maintaian good hygiene in hotel surroundings and have good ambience.

Food is amazing N staff cultural was good one it was fabulous experience in my life strongly recommended parking and restaurant staff atmosphere everything is looking good so my suggestion is bring ***** with your family it's the main entertainment part

The best food , ambience, and the service has been top notch . The rooms were spacious, well lit . Very comfortable , the staff were very friendly .The food was exceptional. We loved the food at the restaurant.Totally recommend it to my friends & family

The cushions were very dirty with moulds.Room service was the worst.The staffs were very Rude.Rooms are very small not as in the pictures.Not worth the cost.They charge too much for late check out(1 hour delay).Food was good.Overall experience is bad.
