We had a family gathering of 16 persons from 15th to 17th Nov. We have been in touch with the management - Mr. Bharath form July 24 through the booking process, a visit to the Hotel before the gathering and some clarifications / alterations to bookings etc. He was always helpful, reassuring and made us feel comfortable that our stay in the Hotel Ruchi would be good. From the moment various families started gathering on 15th Nov they were extremely well attended to by Mr. Murlidahara and all the staff. A special mention that Mr. Muralidhara was extremely helpful through out our stay and was like a member of the family in arranging all our needs - which were many throughout. Hotel Ruchi's USP is all its staff - from the guards, the front desk and reception, house keeping, restaurant and bar. They were always polite and helpful but importantly were open to feedback and immediate action. I would rate staff and service 10/10. When all in the hotel was taken care of we had the luxury of enjoying our short family gathering without any worries of logistics. We had most of our meals at the restaurant and that was good again primarily because of the service. The credit to service must go to the management and I hope they continue their training or however they deliver such excellent service. Some Tips: 1. Provide larger bottles of water, keep the water filter more accessible near the lifts for refill and shift to glass or stainless steel jugs. 2. Keep more coffee and tea pouches 3. Towel and sheets do to have to be changed every day unless the guests specifically request
