In reception, the worker was impolite and angry 😠. He hasn't a professional behavior. We ask him to control cleanness without any answer. There are a bad seem 😕 in the reception. In the outdoor, a men passed a long time to open a door 🚪 I hope it will be better.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel for the British people or anyone else. Found only one receptionist who could speak English. No toilet paper in reception or bar area toilets. The restaurant didn't cater for the British no labels on food so didn't know what you were eating unless you recognized the food. The pool area was strunned with cigarette ends and broken sun loungers. Has 10 days of football and sport on the bar area TV's with only a couple of people in the bar. The bar ran out of whisky gin coke and sprite and on one occasion water. No vodka for 4 days on an all inclusive holiday.

Terrible hotel not fit for purpose please don't waste your money. Rooms disgusting balcony very small only two small dirty chairs no table, view was flat roof with broken bottles and general rubbish. Pool area was filthy dirty pools broken sun beds all very neglected. On arrival had little lunch couldn't eat it. Left after two hours booked into another hotel which we obviously paid for.

Disgusting rats nest .. if every hotel in the world is booked and only this hostel is available then stay at home ...lift broken ...75 stairs to our room ..air con broken . ..had to ask for toilet paper ..bar is a joke ...ran out of everything every day ..lovely beach though once you walk through the rubbish to get to it ..only about 4 / 5 people from the UK there...all felt the same way . Food was covered with flies ...guests were mostly from a non western country and were rude and ate like animals...Still had a amazing time in Tunisia though bit would rather cut off my bits with garden shears than stay at zenith again!...my gf says I'm being too complimentary and just reminded me that the mattress had no protection on it and probably had thousands of people's DNA on it !

Absolutely disgusting hotel. I booked with love holidays and they advertised a complete different hotel. I beg, please please please do not book this hotel. I am a very easy going person but my god. This is next level. Ruined the whole experience for us. Restaurant, pool and animation staff were lovely. Reception, management awful.

This hotel should come with a warning ⚠️ !!!!!! We were the only two English people there ,the food was Terrible when we managed to get some ,the room was an absolute disgrace !shower didn't work wall plugs were hanging out of there sockets toilet was disgusting ,the main pool was filthy dirty ,sunbeds wernt a problem but all broken ,never ever will I go here Again an absolutely disgraceful place .

it was one of the worst experiences i've ever had . the hotel is too bad . visiting it ruined my voccation . The room is dirty . bad food i had to eat outside . the animation team members were nice but i noticed that they are being mistreated by the administration despite the hard work they're doing . i dont encourage anyone to book in this hotel . it was a truly horrible voccation thanks to zenith .

Bobo was incredibly nice and made my stay at Le Zenith Hotel more enjoyable. His kindness and helpfulness truly stood out during my time there. I appreciate the excellent service he provided! The cleaner also went the extra mile. Overall 5*

The animation neno and bebo are good hard working and fun to be around made the holiday better. They have so much energy and keeps you happy. Food could have more options aswell as drinks. It’s is only 5 minutes from the beach. The staff are helpful if needing anything.
