The Avenue Plaza Hotel recensioner

Had some issues with our stay, but I was truly impressed by how the staff handled it. The air conditioning wasn’t working properly in the middle of the night as I had hoped, I brought this attention to the front desk during the morning and I have to say, their response was quick and professional. They apologized for the inconvenience, and within a short time, they resolved the issue, fixed the problem and gave us free goods from the hotel.

One of the best customer service I have encountered, they have welcome fruits and pastries. It is located in an area where a lot of commercial establishments are built. This hotel ha as 3-floor gym so for those who are gym enthusiasts, this is a good hotel for you to choose. The hotel needs maintenance though, but every time their guests encounter challenges they immediately address it and change rooms or upgrade it. So accomodating. I would.be happy to book here again.

The hotel is top flight with cleanliness, up to date facility, fantastic restaurant and wonderful staff who go out of their to make our stay wonderful. I would highly recommend a stay at this hotel.

The staff and management were very respectful and accommodating,had issues with my keycard constantly so they upgraded me to a suite free of charge,plus airport ride is complimentary, would stay again

Nice gym and nice pool. Service of the staff was pretty good and cordial. However, we did not have a hot water after the brownout. We were told to wait for 30 mins. to an hour after the electricity came back. We waited 2 hours with no hot water. The shower bath tub is not safe at all. It was too high and dangerous. There’s no anti-slip and that makes it even dangerous. Another is, there’s no electrical outlet on the left side of the bed that makes it hard to charge the phone. Also, I requested a box of tissue paper and I received 2 toilet papers. I was informed they don’t provide tissue paper. Of all the hotels we stayed this is the most expensive, but can’t provide tissue paper. We’ll try UMA next time.

Good service and amenities (gym, pool and airport shuttle) however cleanliness wasn't up to the same standard (just an old building). Internet requiring reconnection constantly was also frustrating.

First time visiting Naga City. My friends suggested I stay at Avenue Plaza. Great location. There are wonderful restaurants within walking distance. Staff are all very nice and attentive. Would definitely stay here again!

Best hotel in naga city!

The price was too high for the quality of service. The wi-fi logs you off automatically every 10 minutes and that is extremely inconvenient and annoying.

Nice place to stay with the family. Good location . Clean pool with kiddie pool. Thank you
