We loved our stay, the front desk was very responsive

Room is not ready when we arrived.The toothbrush is only one.I need to call the housekeeping for a towels.The breakfast okay.Over all experience was okay.Location is safe.

They allow me to store my luggage a day before because as I told them I have to pick up my son in another city and I couldnt bring back and forth our luggahe since I am traving alone with my toddler. They are very accomodating and always ready to assist.

I love the vibes of this hotel and their staff are very accommodating. We will definitely stay here again.

The property seems like new, as evident in the towels, linens, and fixtures. I have tried several Go Hotels property, which are very basic.. so this is the my first “Plus” and I was pleasantly surprised of the interiors and the quality of linens, and even the amenities (e.g., toothbrush, slippers) which are lacking in the “basic” go hotels. The space seems bigger too. I just hated that they still carried the separate bathroom and shower thing.. it’s a feature of Go Hotels that I always hated. Nonetheless, the “Plus” went beyond my expectations. The breakfast was of good value to the amount we paid. But if you’re adding breakfast after you have booked the hotel, I don’t think it’s worth it coz it’ll be more expensive. Now, I don’t mind paying more to get the “Plus”

Great location, just beside Robinsons mall and Summit Hotel. The place is neat and clean. Best bang for the buck if you wanna stay in Naga City.

Hotel staffs not attentive to the guest, front office not accessible. House keeping don’t change beddings and lack of room amenities. For location and cleanliness just want to be fair, the hotel is connected to the mall and the room is clean on the first day, however since they did not changed the beddings and towels and didn’t pick up the trash, even charged us for stains in the sheets which is already there when we checked in. Though I created this booking as a mistake, and did not witness how good this hotel, but I will leave a good feedback since hotel is very much responsive in terms of my query. They assisted me well despite of the sudden mistakes I made. It's not my intention to booked a wrong dates but since it's depends on hotel's policy. I do understand. And we are looking forward for my hubby, we can stay in the future to this hotel.. I will leave a good review since all the feedback from the previous guest(s) were all good.

Budget friendly hotel. Removed unwanted services/amenities that is good for people who just want to have a room to stay and save.

The location is great . Accessible to supermarket and nearby restaurant and public transportation.The staff are nice ..The room is clean and comfy..
