Staff doesent speak English at all, we closed 6 nights but were boring from the area so we asked to make it shorter for 3 nights and get a refund for the unspent 3 nights, we wrote to the Agent (Trip) and talk to Funaki (hotel team) and he agreed but Trip were waiting for an email from him so we decided to stay until a final answer from Trip about the refund. Funaki came to our room twice at the morning and he decided that we have to check out, I wrote to Trip and they told me that if he says its ok so we packed all in 30 minutes (with kids!!!) And checked out. A day after Trip wrote me that Funaki said no refund and I will pay the unspent 3 nights. I told them that he should alow us to stay... he cant make us checking out and avoid a refund about nights that are fully paid by me, until now I am not getting a service about the case. DONT order from Trip, they cant serve because they order from ******* in the middle and think twice about this specifix hotel branch.
