When I walked into the room, I was greeted by unwashed sheets and pillow covers. A quick call to the staff got me clean ones—but sadly, that's where the wins ended. The room itself? Straight out of a horror movie. Peeling walls, moldy pillows, and broken plumbing made it feel like I had checked into a ******* house. My "view" upon opening the door? A broken ceiling with a bucket catching rainwater. (At least the bucket wasn’t inside my room… small mercies.) The AC was particularly innovative—moss was growing out of it. Who needs a green wall when you have a green AC? Food was the only saving grace. It tasted good… when it eventually arrived. Two rotis and a veg kurma took over an hour—so long we joked it might be breakfast instead of dinner. The staff, bless their hearts, were polite, hardworking, and doing their best under impossible circumstances. It’s a management issue, not their fault. If the staff were running things, this place might stand a chance. One star, entirely for the staff. Management, please take notes—or at least take a good look at the moss-covered AC. I have got the pictures to prove it!

Poor quality breakfast and bathroom is not upto the mark. Also restaurant staff not cooperative & not customer friendly.

We are staying in queen's in at velankanni find the remarks ac and wifi not working, room service also not good. Hotel says mineral water facility but they provide 1lr per day.

Swimming pool is not cleaned, i saw some bugs and frogs in pool, they should improve the maintenance and cleaning.

Friendly staff and good service. Property is in a good location with ample car parking space. Upkeep and better maintenance of the property is an improvement area.

I was trying to book for 1 double & 1 triple room but they said double is not available so i booked 2 triple room. We were 5 people. Finally when we reached, they said we can take a double bed room if we want. So we opted for it. When we asked them to refund the difference in amount, they said it's not possible

They do not provide anything as mentioned in the booking summary such as brush paste slippers etc, no fan in ac rooms, in morning buffet is only available and most importantly make my trip booking is too costlt and they so many thing's in booking you even don't get a brush, if you need this propperty i think you just contact the hotel directly

Washroom was extremely dirty. Had to change rooms even then not at all upto basic cleanliness. Looking at dirty bathrooms, we did not even feel like sleeping on the beds
