Stayed at the annex wing tatami style. Rooms are reasonably big and in clean and pristine condition. Our package came with half board and the breakfast and dinner buffet were wide spread and delicious with both continental and Japanese dishes. Soba noodles were served between 9.30 to 11pm. At the lobby, there was a 24 hour snacks counter with unlimited flow of wine, beer, coffee/tea and cookies. The outdoor onsen was good too.

Excellent food (breakfast and dinner, be sure to be hungry to enjoy fully). The onsen is the most beautiful and relaxing we ever had so far, especially under the snow today. Staff is nice and helpful. No regrets in choosing this hotel during our trip in the Japanese Alps

Great hotel, wish i had more time there but was a overnight stay for old nakensendo hiking. Great service, also for future reference futons not for me.

This hotel is outstanding for its onsen, and buffet breakfast and dinner.

Wow! Amazing hotel, difficult to get to on foot but actually close to the nakasendo trail. The rooms are authentic traditional Japanese, fantastic buffet, incredible onsen, we highly recommend this if you are hiking the nakasendo trail.

We only stayed at Hotel Kisoji for one night, for hiking between Magome and Tsumago on the Nakasendo trail. The Japanese-style room was very spacious and clean. My husband enjoyed the onsen after the hike. We also enjoyed the buffet dinner and breakfast, both offering a very good spread of tasty food. Location-wise, we had to take a taxi from Tsumago to the hotel as the bus service is not very regular and the road to the hotel is really not so safe for pedestrians, not to mention the incline uphill. We also took a taxi to the Nagiso station. Staff was helpful in calling the cab for us and the cab fares are quite reasonable. Overall, a good stay in a good hotel.

地點比較偏遠，訂不到妻龍宿的在這裡是個比較好的選擇，過去開車就10分鐘。酒店溫泉還OK，喜歡喝酒的朋友也會很高興，因為清酒啤酒果酒任飲。就算不在餐廳，大堂也有無限飲料包括啤酒雪糕供應。 不過自助餐就稍微遜色，種類味道都不是很好

전체적으로 깔끔하고 직원 분들이 굉장히 친절합니다. 체크아웃 기계 한국어 지원 하구요. 하지만 지리적 이점은 없습니다. 나카쓰가와 역까지 가는 셔틀은 있습니다. 1인당 100엔 정도 가격입니다. 잘 놀다 갑니다~

リニアルされて2回目です。温泉は最高です。今まで色々と温泉に入りましたがとても良かったです、今回は4回も利用しました。食事は前回とあまり変わりが無かったと思います。アルコールのサービスは飲める人は良いですね、主人も私もあまり飲めません。お部屋は快適でしたよ。主人が布団の暖かさにビックリしてました。夜は暖房を消して寝ました。朝11時のバスに乗ってからショールを部屋に忘れたのを思い出してフロントにお願いして着払いで送ってくださいとお願いしました。バタバタしましたが５６周年の結婚記念日を祝えて良かったです、従業員の教育が素晴らしいですね。これからも頑張ってください。

酒店很大，泡温泉感覺好。餐食是自助餐，品種多。酒店環境好，離妻籠宿有點遠，但是有班車。 衞生：好 服務：尚可

交通便利，公交車直達。房間很舒適，衞生也很好。浴場很棒。

馬籠宿、妻籠宿 ともに若干距離がある。 食事は良い（夕食、朝食とも バイキング） 風呂は広くて良いが、部屋から遠い。 部屋は広くて良い。

ハーゲンダッツのアイスが食べ放題が良かった。 フレンチトーストも美味しかったです。 バイキングの種類も豊富でした。 温泉の質も良く、ツルツルになりました。
