In this hotel nothing is too much trouble, the staff go the extra mile to please their guests. The breakfast is mostly all homemade and delicious including cakes! We had dinner at the onsite restaurant and it was excellent and reasonable. All the staff are fantastic but Christine at reception is an absolute gem. It was my husbands birthday and they spoilt him with a complimentary cake and bubbles. The hotel is very relaxing and pools and saunas are wonderful.

What a lovely place! Lots to do if you’re active and if you’re not there’s a gorgeous pool with olive trees all around! Great place to holiday for a family of 3. The room wasn’t spacious but so perfect in terms of what you need and storage was phenomenal! Very well thought out rooms. The personal touches were everywhere - breakfast choices were delicious and we loved the BBQ and pizza night. Will definitely return.

There is a reason the reviews for this hotel are so consistently outstanding. This by far was our favorite stop during our time in Italy. The location is ideal, nestled in the hills just above Torbole, but not too far as to make it difficult to reach everything by walking or biking. The breakfasts were impeccable and delicious with a wide range of options, and the vegetable dishes were made with ingredients grown in their own gardens. The menu included egg dishes, roasted veggies, cooked meats, cured meats and cheeses, muesli, fresh fruit, and some of the most amazing sweets and breads we have ever tasted. The rooms are well-equipped and very comfortable. Bike rentals, wine tastings, grappa samplings, and pizza night, all courtesy of the hotel, made this a profoundly memorable vacation experience. But the most wonderful part about the AktivHotel is the staff! Kristina, Leonardo, Jessica, Erika, and Alessandra were warm and welcoming, helpful with every inquiry, lovely to chat with, and quick to help make reservations at the best restaurants in the area. They made us feel like we were staying in someone's home. We will definitely be back to stay again in the future.

The best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable and the staff were extremely helpful. Whenever we asked for anything, it was sorted straight away. The location is beautiful, just a few minutes walk from Lake Garda and the town centre. The hotel organised an airport transfer from Verona, which was great. The breakfasts were 10/10!!! Loads of choice for vegetarians and vegans.

We stayed at the Aktiv hotel for 7 nights on a family vacation. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean and very peaceful. It is set in a quiet location but the town is a short walk away so everything was easily accessible. The best thing however about this hotel was the staff. We had some problems with transfers and travel arrangements and the staff went out of the way to help us - they were amazing. Leonardo, Cristina, Alessandra and Jessica were absolutely fantastic and we are so very grateful to them all. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

Best hotel ever. We enjoyed it so much last year, we came back again this year bringing even more of the extending family with us. The location is beautiful, the staff are so engaged and committed to ensuring every guest young to old have a great holiday. The breakfast buffet is full of scrumptious and healthy foods. You can see and feel how well the team works together - they create and energy and enthusiasm which is contagious and inspiring. Special mention to Walter, the bike tour guide, who paces his bike tour perfectly depending on the ability of the group. The cleaning staff are super friendly and do an amazing job. Loved also the hotels commitment to the environment Much of the buffet was sourced regionally. Travel with train rather than car encouraged also and a free shuttle service was provided between the hotel and the train station. Suffice to say, when you visit here, you feel you are visiting your family. We are already planning our next visit. Brings out the best version of yourself. Thanks to all the team!
