A nice spot in front of road facing to grand batam and walking distance to BCS. Surprisingly a nice n cosy hotel...if u take up the suite.hahahaha.. other room... Very cosy and compact... Love the location and convenient of shops and eatery next door... Places to shop, and massage or spa within walking distance... Down side.. cleanliness... Towel have hairs on it.. n smell abit funky.... Ohhh yahhh if u read other comments, most would bring out the room not cold... It's because of the Aircon placement which kinda weird.

Beside the location is good, nothing is good to feedback. Check in takes a super long time and slow, first to check in, but slow comer able to get check in first or check out faster than me. The room is super small, towel super dirty, no place to hang clothes, air con remote not working most of our rooms. Overall, stay one night only, so just try and no more next time.

Good location but hotel couldn’t provide 2 room cards and only one pillow.

stay for 2 nights , overall OK , but need to tell reception if you need room clean up. so its ok with us as we stay only 2 nights.

the hotel is strategically located, right opposite of Grand Batam Mall, there is Circle K next door and IndoMart nearby. Walking Distance to Batam City Square and A2 Foodcourt. The front staff is helpful and friendly. there is also parking space reserved right in front of the main door (if you are driving). The room is a little small but it works well if you are only there for sleeping, the soundproof is bad, you can hear people walking and talking outside. The only cons for me is the toilet, is well worn out, yellowish tiles and the towel is all greyish colored. But for the price you paid, you will have to lower your expectation.

First thing definitely good location but room very small no windows, night sleep felt itchy, towels smell horrible and toilet a bit flood when having a shower, ventilation fan noisy.early check-out the next day. Too bad having this experience in this hotel.

It was good before, hence coming back. However, in my opinion, the service is not up to standard now. The cleaning of room is only upon request and I was not made known. The room allocated was with no window and too small even for a solo traveller (i need to walk side way and no space for my cabin size luggage). Loud sound from early morning (630AM local time). Probably will not be back again. But the location is definitely a plus point.

Very disappointed and disgusting holiday...at the hotel on 11/11/23 at around 1500 hrs and was told by hotel staffs that i had cancel my booking and indeed very surprise when i do not cancel my booking which i had paid in full could and explaination on this be englighten to me asap.

Hotel location was gd..but the room is alil' bit to small,there was no cabinet to hang ur clothes & u cnt sleep comfortably coz u can hear people talking loudly out of ur rooms...i guess the walls sound proff are bad...
