Nagoya Hill Hotel Batam recensioner

The Buffet Breakfast food is nice. The hotel location is near the shopping mall . The reception staff service is good.

The hotel is good  Location is good for shopping at Nagoya shopping  Just in front the hotel the breakfast many things to Choice  Only the spa massage is pool  24hour but we book the trimming  Still need to wait 30 min  N the blanket is a old towel   I startled

Enjoyed the location, convenient. Hotel was relatively clean. Room was a good size.

I don’t expected the New Year firework just infront of the window it’s so spectacular. The food so much improvement and so much varieties  The room already upgraded and nice This hotel is super convenient just few steps to Nagoya Mall and a lot of spa and hair saloon Recommended for those love shopping 

Everything is fine except that there is a problem with the room door lock. We called up the receptionist and 2 of the hotel staffs came over within 5 mins to repair the door lock on the spot. Its not our first time staying in this hotel and we will definitely come again.

Although old hotel but we'll maintain. Breakfast was good

Breakfast has many varieties. Location is great. Just beside Nagoya hill mall and their service is excellent.

2nd time staying this hotel. Highly recommended!!! Good location, easy access to nearby malls and massage ctrs, Grab service is super fast!! I like to stay this hotel bcos its clean, comfortable bed, blanket and pillows. Toilets are clean, Tv program good, Other malls are just nearby via Grab. In batam, this is my preferred hotel to stay 👍👍👍👍

Great location to Nagoya hills where u can massage and also find hair and nail salons. Nearby to seafood restaurant too.

3 days 2 nights suitable days for shopping and relaxing our mind and body. excellent breakfast. small pool is the only part need to be improved. Very enjoyable and suitable for adult, but not children.

The worst hotel i have stayed in. Checked into a room with dirty toilet in the cubicle not flushed. Got a room next to a busy road and it is very noisy even till morning. Cant sleep, rude hotel staff that attends to us during room service. Old hotel, slightly good location but never going to stay again. Can get better hotels with the same price. Disappointed.

Our room was too close to the road and it was very noisy. The toilet had cigarette smell.

Not first time staying this hotel. Their provide good service be it transport or overall within the hotel etc. Location convenient, short walking distance to Mall. I travelled twice with old & young so this Hotel is superb for us. Will also recommend to my friends. Only thing is the Breakfast Spread, so so only, if go later, food are not fully replenish. Room cleanliness also not that good enough, can see the dusts and webs on walls and flooring still even after housekeeping.
