It was a pleasant stay. We took a triple bed room as we have a young adult child. The hotel room must be of good size and comfortable as Nagoya shops close between 7-8pm and this hotel definitely fits the description. Toilet has an interesting magnetic push door that leads to the WC and shower area. Toothbrush, comb, bath salt (there’s bathtub for my room) and even body towel is provided. What we like most is their pillows. Good quality. Only Con is that the day and night blinds do not totally keep out the morning sun as the sides can still get light coming in and the sun does rise pretty early here. Super convenient hotel

The room is big, neat and tidy. The view is nice. The location is extremely good, can conveniently get to all department stores within a few minutes by foot.

The chambermaid left a yellow note asking if the hotel cups are to be discarded which is very strange coming from the hotel staff which was meant for the staff to wash it when left at the basin . Very bizarre

If you’re tired of small hotel rooms in Japan where you can barely open your luggage, this hotel is a fantastic choice. We stayed in a standard room and had no trouble opening two 26” suitcases comfortably. The parking fee is reasonable compared to other five-star hotels (1,800 yen per entry), and the parking spaces are spacious enough for a 4WD—very convenient! The hotel’s ambiance embraces a beautiful Japanese Zen style, and you’ll feel it the moment you step inside. The view of Nagoya city is stunning, and the location is perfect—right across from various shopping malls and close to all the famous attractions. Absolutely planning to stay here again on our next visit to Nagoya!

My room was clean, very comfortable, and the staff were amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to my friends when they go to Nagoya!

New hotel with nice view.

Located above Sakae underground shopping area and just beside the iconic Oasis 21. Wide selection of restaurants at the basement of the hotel and also a Familymart. The view from the gym room and Sauna is nice as it overlook Sakae city.

Good location, next to Subway and big department store. Room is comfortable with beautiful city view. Breakfast is good

Convenient hotel linked to underground station. Great choice of eateries in the same building. Room size is a bit small but great views from high floor.

Location was perfect, very near shopping area and just above the train station. Love the many food options around the hotel, there is even an arabica! The hotel aesthetic is amazing! Only problem is that it might be hard to find the entrance.

My experience at this hotel was fantastic. This hotel was easily accessible via underground passageway directly from Sakae train station. The hotel room was amazing and facilities were up to standard. Absolutely loved the vibe of the hotel lobby area as well.
