Location of the hotel is great as the basement link directly to Sakae station. There were shops and restaurants within 2-3 mins walking distance from the hotel. The view from the hotel lobby is beautiful as it overlook the city of Nagoya. The only setback is that the fridge in the room is too small.

Convenient hotel linked to underground station. Great choice of eateries in the same building. Room size is a bit small but great views from high floor.

My experience at this hotel was fantastic. This hotel was easily accessible via underground passageway directly from Sakae train station. The hotel room was amazing and facilities were up to standard. Absolutely loved the vibe of the hotel lobby area as well.

The hotel is accessible as it is situation above a mall and is linked to Sakae train station. View was superb. The room interior was tastefully designed and clean. Would be back again if I were to visit Nagoya next time.

Hotel is new and modern. The lobby looks great with big windows and the night view is nice. But this is probably the only good part in my opinion. In the room, the setting of the bed is strange because the pillows basically are put on the raised surface of the timber. Not recommended for children coz what if the children lie down on the pillow without being so careful? very easy to bump the head and if worse, got hurt. And one side of the wall in the room is like got dark ink, forgive me if i'm not very artistic. Overall, it was not a good choice in our whole trip. As a regular traveler with a young kid, i figured hotels not managed by big cooperation have problems like this: not very considerate.

Perfect location and the room size is great, very spacious, which you don’t see a lot in the hotels in Japan. This is my second time staying in this hotel, I don’t think I’ll ever try another one if visiting Nagoya again.

We drove there, but entering the hotel phone number in the car navigation system brought us to a different place and took us some time to get there eventually. As the lobby is located at a higher level above the business floors and shopping centre, during the peak hours, the elevators are always packed. Having said that, the hotel gives a nice view of Nagoya downtown, the room is clean and modern. I would recommend to stay there!

Exit 13 of Sakae station can go directly to the hotel. Very convenient location. Staff is very nice and helpful. However, cleanliness has to be improved. There was some hair on the floor in the room ＞＜

Newly launched (2024) rooms with decent location (Sakae exit 13) and friendly staff. However, there are macro issues that mar the stay: 1. Insufficient lifts (only 2) between hotel lobby to shopping mall, and it doesn’t even stop at level 3 directly where the restaurants are. 2. Only Japan power points in room; not a single USB or international power point place despite this being a newly renovated hotel. 3. Dark and modern theme looks classy in day, but is eerie at night. Hard to make out the emergency exit signages. Not great value for price given location and amenities.

Excellent location. Love my room. Only issue is there is hardly anyone helping with luggages upon arrival…

Super convenient location with the hotel just located above the railway station, surrounded by shopping malls, tourist attractions and good places to hang around. Hotel rooms are decent and clean, with good views. Overall an excellent experience staying here!

The location is excellent right in the center with easy access to subway and shopping. Fantastic view of the city from lobby and your room. Very new hotel so everything is super clean. Room size is good too. Just a few minor feedback. There’s no face towels, there’s hand towel, bath towel but no face towel. The lighting in the room is a bit too dark for my liking but maybe that’s way designer intended since it’s dark all over. But I would like more light in the room

Loved everything about the hotel. Read a lot of reviews about how dark it was, but I found it quite soothing and matched its aesthetics perfectly (I dont normally like dark hotels). Beds were incredibly comfy, and the location was amazing! Staff were also super helpful even with my constantly annoying requests and questions. They were always smiling and willing to help, especially the French guy who's name I unfortunately forgot to get🥹Trust me, i was really annoying with my piles of luggage bags, and later need for luggage delivery request. LOL There was also enough room in the triple room to open 2 HUGE luggage bags! Thanks for the amazing stay!
