Staffs were excellent, location was good ( near HST ), but amenities should have improved, cleaniness average.

Good location with many good eateries around. Very close to train/bus station Only thing which might need upgrade is the tap in the toliet still using the manual water mixer.

A standard business hotel that shows its age. The room size is acceptable and includes a nice addition of a separate table and chair. However, power outlets are limited—there is only one charging outlet near the bed and no USB ports. Location-wise, it is fairly close to JR Nagoya Station, making it highly convenient if you need to catch an early morning bus.

The location is excellent—just a 5 to 7 minute walk to Nagoya Station. The bed is soft and very comfortable. Even though it’s a single room, there’s enough space to fully open a suitcase. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for budget-friendly accommodation in Nagoya

Affordable, clean and cheap. The distance to the train station makes it ideal for those leaving or arriving.

Good location, it’s within walking distance Nagoya station. The room is small but overall is clean and okay. I will recommend this hotel if you want to stay nearby the station and catch early train. It might be too small if you are travel with family especially with children.

The hotel room is really small for the price you’re paying. Usually, if I pay around $100 per night, I get a much bigger room elsewhere, so just keep that in mind. The room also feels a bit old, and overall it’s just small. The bathroom is small as well, and the hot water doesn’t stay warm for long—it turns cold on its own, which is a bit inconvenient, especially if you’re visiting in winter. That said, the location is great. It’s close to a lot of popular restaurants, including a famous barbecue spot, and there’s a FamilyMart just a two-minute walk away. They also provide umbrellas you can use. Despite the room being smaller and more expensive than what I’d usually pay for this size, I still had a good stay overall—especially since I woke up to snowfall, which was really nice.

The hotel is very old, with musty smelling carpets throughout. Toilet bidets / bathrooms are outdated. Good for one night stay.

Small small room that’s outdated like a room from the 80s. Service was sub-par due to language barrier. Good enough for solo travellers.

The hotel is near the train station. Basic accomodation but hotel allows the luggage to be placed when you check out on the same day. The staff were nice.

Reasonable at its price they just need more improvement at maintenance like the sink of the bath thub we use is overflowing near the CR.

used to stay in smile hotel all over japan, provide standard service and room. quiet area, good staff, easy to get in from jr station. good breakfast.

Anything basic you can expect from a hotel. It was clean and without any problems
