Hotel is at a Very good location just 2 minutes walk from JR station. It is very clean and the staff are very friendly

Simple request, if possible to change 2 single beds to 1 double bed in the same room type upon check in and was told the change will cost 100,000 YEN PER PERSON. Total will be 200,000 yen for just changing the bed arrangements. I think the charges are ridiculous, most hotels will do it for free if there's availability. Make sure to book the correct bed arrangements as changes are outrageously expensive. Even though it's not fully booked, staff are not willing to make a change out of goodwill. It shows about their service.

As our front staff mentioned to you, the rate difference between "standard double room (24 sqm) type" and "twin bed room (34 sqm) type" is 10,000JPY (not 100,000JPY). The hotel is located beside Kanayama Station (Subway, JR, Meitetsu) which is very convenient. Many restaurants nearby. Staffs are friendly.

Good location and convenient as it is located just beside the station with a sheltered walkway. The hotel is considered spacious, clean with a comfortable bedding.

The hotel is situated next to Meitetsu and JR station with shopping mall, restaurant and drug store within an easy walking distance. If you don’t want staying at Nagoya station or Sakae, this hotel at Kanayama station will be your best choice.

Conveniently located at the Kanazawa train station. What we discovered was that it has a sheltered walkway which was helpful when it rained and protected us from the cold as we exited. The bonus find: there was a shuttle bus service that took us to a nearby AEON mall on our first day. I’ll definitely come back when I return to Nagoya some day
