‐No driveway at the hotel. -Renovated room with standing shower. Basin outside of bathroom. Shld have a hook right outside the door to hang change clothes. Not enough place clothes. -Strict check-in time and check-out time.

Hotel is near to Nagoya train station. Room is clean and comfortable. Staff were all courteous and helpful. Overall is a wonderful stay.

Good location, walking distance to Nagoya JR Station and other attractions like the Nagoya Castle and various shopping districts! Small quirk of the room design being the lack of an area to put clothes while showering, and the kettle for some reason doesn't stop after it has boiled? But at least the staff were friendly and quick to resolve issues

Great room. But missing laundry, gym, pool, table to work. Only option is wait for cafe to open that’s on ground floor. Neighbour is good though but would I book this again? Depends on my budget.

Friendly staff. Clean hotel. There is a beautiful atmosphere inside and outside around that part of the city. The hotel's customer service is okay. What I most loved about the hotel is its serene pool area.

little bit far walking distance to Nagoya station, but the staff really friendly and good arrangement for my luggage when i arrival early the check-in time.

Lot of restaurants within walking distance. A nice cafe at the ground floor. Can communicate with staff in English.

Nagoya is my first stop in Japan. The hotel is a typical Japanese hotel, small and exquisite, and I enjoyed my stay for a few days. When I checked in, my staff was rude, expressionless and impatient. It was very embarrassing to raise the volume inexplicably after I asked the question. However, the breakfast in the hotel is very good, which is unexpected. Although it is the same every day, it is still rich. I regret not buying it in advance. The breakfast in the hotel is worth booking in advance.

Covenient location a short walk from Nagoya Station. Alot of dining options around the hotel. Room size is small but mangeable. Affordable food options at the market.
