The concept of the restaurant is "Farm to Table" and we get fresh vegetables delivered every morning from the farmers so that our guests are able to have a wide selection of dishes as well as nutritious food. We also serve Nagoya food such as Miso-katsu (deep-fried pork with miso sauce), Nagoya-Kochin, red-miso soup and so on. I hope you enjoyed all the dishes during your stay. However, we are sorry to hear that you felt a little tight regarding the size of the room.
