Koko Hotel Nagoya Sakae recensioner

Good access from two subway stations. There are so many restaurants within 5min walk. 2 stations to Shinkansen. Recommend wide twin.rooms.

Near shopping area (don quijote, book off), family Mart, and Sakae Subway Station Exit 2 but you may pass Exit 8 for escalator access. Bus terminal is also near located in Oasis 21 (2000 yen per way to the airport, around 40 minutes ride to terminal 2. Room is small but clean with bathtub and can spread two luggages. Hotel provides bath salt, body sponge, cotton swab, slippers, hair dryer, toothbrush, razor, shaving cream, bath soap, shampoo and conditioner, hand and face foam, facial care kit, coffee, tea. Replenishes towels even you don't want to be disturbed for daily cleaning up of rooms. Reasonable budget. Will book again next time.

Everything great with the warm service, also the location and amenities is so nice. Very convenient for every tourist who first come to Japan.

Good location, with plenty of dining choices nearby. A little bit noisy as there's a restaurant with live band at the opposite side of the road, but still quiet after 11pm. Staff is nice and helps call the restaurant though we could not make a reservation as it was fully booked. New towels available every day with hygienic supplies in the lobby to collect.

The place is so very convenient, they near to mirai tower, donki etc..

Stay in many hotels in Japan, this is the worst one so far. Not Japanese standard at all. Dust in the room, front desk old man staff no greeting or smiles at all when we check out. When we request to store the luggage since we have 4 luggages, they simply said no. After we ask why, then they get a person who can speak a bit of English to say there is power outage from 11:30?am to 3 pm. Then we ask can we leave the luggage until 11 for a breakfast, then pick it up later, then still no. They don’t really care about the guests at all. If they really want to help the customers, nothing will be an issue. They really give the very bad impact to the reputation of the Japanese service. Will never come to any Koko hotel anymore. Be alert for other peoples.

A bit far away from the exit with an escalator. But overall love to stay here again

Great location: multiple tourist spots, restaurants, shopping stores, subway station were in walking distance.

Free station from Nagoya train station and recommended for stay

Surprisingly large room for that price in a hotel in Japan. I am surprised that there are even foreigners working there as a receptionist who served me!
