Big brand name doesn’t mean that it will provide you the best service . It can also ruin your stay . One of my worst stay at “le meridian nagpur “. In terms of 1 hospitality 2 no maintenance of air conditioning 3 muddy water in taps 4 electric kettle not working in room 5 refrigerator not working in room 6 misleading by not providing information about my stay package. 7 worst sanitation of room lizards moving all around 8 when asked to resolve all the above issues Just one word they have to say sorry. When I told the manager about all this issues he said me that the hotel is under maintenance. If this was the case why to operate the hotel . I would have found better options in the city. Le meridian have highly disappointed me and my family it was waste of money my time and my experience . I hardly recommend if any one have viewed this review please don’t book le meridian hotel you have better option out there.

On our way back from Tadoba National Park we decided to spend a full day in Nagpur, the gateway point where you have to pitstop due to odd flight schedule from and to Kolkata for the well known tiger reserve. As a long-standing Bonvoy member Le Meridien was the natural choice. We reached the hotel around 3 pm in the afternoon. The boy at the reception seemed a little shy and acted like a trainee. I requested him to call the Duty Manager who promptly appeared, recognised my loyalty status and graciously upgraded us to a club floor room on the 8th floor. I checked if a club lounge existed. I was told the bar was being used as the lounge and happy hours from 7.30 pm could be availed. However, he alerted me of the assembly election taking place on the same day therefore bar services would remain shut until the 23rd of November. The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean. The quality of toiletries was of high standards. Tea bags, especially English breakfast were of high quality too. In the evening it was found that the bar services were open and guests were enjoying their drinks. As a club floor guest I consumed a drink during the specified happy hour prior to having an early dinner. The next morning the buffet breakfast was fairly elaborate and had a good mix of North and South Indian fare. While having dinner the same evening I requested the Executive Chef who came and checked how the food was to provide packed breakfast for us as we have an early check out the next morning. He was very courteous and took the order himself. We requested chicken sandwiches for my wife and veg sandwiches for me. After dinner I decided to settle our bill to avoid any delay at the time of checking out early in the morning the next day. What shocked me was the host of extra charges debited to our room. The drink during happy hour, two breakfasts for two days including the packed one for our early check out. I never expected this as none at the restaurant asked me to sign any check after the breakfast nor anyone from the bar asked me to sign for the drink consumed. Furthermore, the veg sandwiches were filled with cucumber and tomato sans butter or cheese. Only one boiled egg each was provided for us and a banana. A five star breakfast indeed! I was feeling highly delighted during our stay for being recognised as a loyal Bonvoy/SPG member since 2006 with more than 10 years a Gold Elite. But all such cloud-nine feelings suddenly dried up to a big vacuum. Thank you team Le Meridien Nagpur for all that you did. Cheers!

Very happy with the services and gesture from Gayatri - for arranging cake for my son’s birthday. Chef Ravi made customised dishes with good taste. Shivangi from reception/front desk made hassle free arrangements of the rooms. Kundan from Concierge team was warm in service and welcomed us with a smiling face.

After driving 450 km from Aurangabad we arrived here for good rest and quality time. We were denied both. The air-conditioner in room 407 was stuck at 21.5 degrees C and all attempts by housekeeping staff failed to make it 23. The electrical socket was falling apart. The dental kit was sans tooth brush and paste. The wash basin tap was wobbly. The curtains were dirty.The pencil had no point. The bedsheet was stained.The Duty Manager Mr Sagar came to our room and verified our concerns. The outdoor area is also unkempt and needs proper maintenance. The staff was polite and showed concern towards issues raised by us but were helpless. The food ,however, was good. Sorry state of affairs. Wake up Le meridien !

The hotel is very run down. The food was so so. The rooms was were very outdated. The common bathroom was smelling near the reception. The sofa in the room padding was all wore out. It’s not a 5star it’s close to a 3 star hotel. The only point it was close to the airport

We had requested Le Méridien Nagpur to arrange dinner evening for one of dear friend and his family to celebrate his 60th birthday.I managed to speak to their restaurant manager Mr Devesh and requested him to make the evening little special for the family.Mr Devesh went out of his way to make the arrangements and make the evening memorable for the family.He was very professional and went out of his way.Last but not the list,the food was excellent. Well done Mr Devesh.Keep it up and all the very best to the whole team at Le Méridien

First thing first !!!! I came for a business trip in the month of July here in Nagpur. Starting some days were very good and the people over here were very good to me but eventually don’t know what happened the table’s turned. There are some specific people in the front office team don’t know why they started to behave with us badly and forcefully tried to change our room (415) by saying it was under maintenance even there was no need of maintenance just to move us to some other room as the room in which we were staying were corner ones and are good revenue rooms for them as per one of the staff there and even those room were given to some other people instead of me as maintenance was done as per them. I am writing these things here just because people in the front office told me to review on their hotel’s link where they earn their so called ratings which they don’t even deserve at all. There are alot of things which I cannot publish here but I would like to take a name of the guy who is worst in his customer service and behaviour i.e, Mr. Shubham , very unprofessional guy i must say!! If you guys wanna spend your hard earned money for a better experience don’t book it instead you can go Radisson which is 1000 times better than here. If anyone who is interested in arguments over these things can contact me as I am currently staying in Room 711.
