Facilities are perfect and new. The room is tidy and clean. But the room is extraordinarily small even for a couple carrying two luggages without children. Space is not enough for both luggage to open. A window is available but blocked. Slightly sunshine is infiltrated. Price for this room is not quite reasonable. Restaurant is good and comfortable.

For future guests seeking more spacious accommodations, i recommend to pay a little more to opt for their more spacious rooms. To further elevate the initial guest experience, streamlining the parking process upon arrival presents a valuable opportunity. Allowing guests the convenience of parking before completing check-in could create a smoother and more relaxed start to their stay. Regarding the check-in procedure, while we understand the need for verification, clarifying the purpose of the credit card request at the front desk or exploring alternative methods could further contribute to a more pleasant check in experience.

Tetsu served us and ensure we had the best stay. The amenities was great but had to pay for the washing machine and dryer. Good location!

Good location and well equipped hotel. Room is a little small for a couple, but functional enough for a night stay. Like that the toilet and shower were in separate rooms, though the step up into these areas may be challenging for people with disabilities. Love that they provided pyjamas :)

I (solo traveller) have really enjoyed my stay at Estinate Hotel. Its perfectly located (close to Miebashi Station & Naha city centre). The room was perfect and very clean. The hotel itself has a lovely lounge & terrace where you can enjoy the amazing breakfast in the morning and enjoy the free draft beers late afternoon. The best part of this hotel is the staff, who are welcoming, friendly and helpful! I hope to come back one day to Okinawa and if I do, I will definitely come back to this hotel!

This boutique hotel has a lot of character! A cute Mexican restaurant/bar is embedded in the reception area which provides a nice opportunity to mingle with other travelers. There are lots of cute design details and pops of color in the room which made it special compared to a standard hotel. Reception staff very friendly, breakfast was filling and tasty. Would definitely recommend for a stay in Naha, close to the main areas and super close to the ferry terminal too (500 m approx).

Nice hotel in a good location. They don’t provide water but free beer for an hour. However, I would recommend staying clear of that offer. I tried it and the experience was not good. The waitress gave me a food menu with it in such a manner that I felt compelled to ask if I was required to order anything. She denied but when I said I wasn’t hungry, I saw her pulling a face when she walked away. Felt like a scam. I never went there again and overall, it really made me feel uncomfortable there. So, the hotel is good but the restaurant might not be the best experience.

部屋により違いがあると思いますが、泊まった部屋はバスルームがとても狭かったです。シャワーを浴びる時に肘や膝が壁やカーテンに当たってしまい、とても大変でした。 スタッフの方々はフレンドリーで、好印象です。

房間一如既往的小，衞生間特迷你，桌椅有一定的年代感，門鎖是金屬鑰匙。早餐是套餐，4種選擇，侷限性很大，但是個人覺得味道比較新穎，洗漱用品在吧枱對面，按需拿取。服務人員態度非常好，有問必答。退房後當天能免費寄存行李。
