Hotel Strata Naha recensioner

The hotel was generally clean and comfortable, with the added convenience of a 24-hour English-speaking receptionist. However, the check-in process was a bit chaotic due to the small lobby space. There were only 2 automated check-in kiosks and 1 manual counter, which wasn’t sufficient to handle the crowd. During our check-in, the lobby was packed with guests waiting, making it feel cramped and disorganized. We booked a standard triple room, which felt just barely adequate for two people. There was hardly any space to place our luggage comfortably. One major issue was the door stopper located in the middle of the walkway — it was quite hazardous, and I accidentally hit my foot on it several times during our stay. Bathroom is wet-dry separated. Bath tub included. On the positive side, the location is very convenient. It's just a 1-minute walk to Miebashi Station, a 10-minute walk to Kokusai-dori, and about 5-minutes to several convenience stores. Parking is available for 1,500 yen per night, which is slightly above the average rate in the Naha area. Also worth noting: there is no microwave in the room. The only one available is located on Level 2, along with the laundry area, where washing costs range from 300 to 500 yen.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Its location is good, near the monorail station. The service of the staff is good except the one of foreign female staff whose attitude has some problems, not very nice. And the hotel is not daily change the beddings, that we understood, they also not clean up the rubbish, too bad.

MRT station just right infront of the hotel, highly recommend to those travel using public. The hotel is relatively new and clean. We choose compact double room, so its quite small, but we’re still able to open our 24” luggage! Overall highly recommend!

Nearby monorail station, easy to find and very nice aroma in lobby, comfortable and nice environment, just a bit noisy during weekend

Conveniently situated just a minute's walk from the monorail station, this location offers easy access to a variety of excellent dining options nearby. It's a great base for exploring Naha. However, please note that there is only a shower available, with no bathtub in the double bed room

Panoramic view is cool but the room is smaller than expected. felt little bit packed. maybe becoz of rhe curtains, the room is stuffy as well. bath tub is big for two, but the view to outside is the best in bed. checkin time is 2pm and check out at 12

the staff of this hotel have very poor communcation skill. There are dangers lurking in the room, and you can easily injure yourself if you're not careful. I accidentally kick the door stopper and seriously injured my toe. I told the hotel, and i was surprised that I didn’t get a single word of compassion. They just said, “Why can’t you see it?” 這家飯店的工作人員溝通能力很差。 房間裡潛伏著危險，一不小心很容易受傷。 我不小心踢到了門塞，腳趾受了重傷。我告訴了酒店，令我驚訝的是我沒有得到一句同情的話。他們只是說：“為什麼你看不到它？”

Excellent stay, great room, spacious and clean. The staff were helpful. The restaurant and bar areas very peaceful and nicely decorated. The buffet I felt was mostly salad although you were able to choose a main to go with. The miss restaurant attached is amazing! Very pricey but a lovely experience and introduction to Japanese cuisine. The pool was lovely but only opened in April, so had little time to use this. I did find it strange that only either the restaurant or bar was open at either one time. But the staff were accommodating and did allow me stay in the restaurant for an extra half hour rather than having to move the bar upstairs as they were closing the restaurant seating space next to the lobby. I would stay here again.

It’s been a very pleasant stay, great location. We paid extra for an upgrade and the view was spectacular. Breakfast was good but the pool size is smaller than expected. Front desk staff are very helpful and speak good English.

The location is very convenient which is next to the monorail station, but other facilities are not great. The room space is too small, and the cleanliness is just average. A bit disappointing!

Location is the main reason I chose this hotel online, however, when I really stayed in the hotel, it was beyond my expectation. It was truly one minute walk from the railway, and I love the vibe in the hotel lobby. The room was comfortably nice, clean, and the music made u so relaxed. It was also near the main shopping center and food court. All in all, I will definitely go back and recommend anyone who is planning going Okinawa to travel to stay in this hotel.

It could have been a 5/5 but on the last day, we asked for one hour late checkout & was denied even though we paid to upgrade to a suite upon check-in. To make matters worse, we asked to borrow two towels at checkout so that we can go to the pool to relax before heading to the airport and they said NO. Unbelievable
