This is hands down the best hotel we’ve stayed at in Okinawa. Conveniently located just 20 minutes from the airport and right next to the subway station, it’s incredibly easy to access. Plus, its proximity to the city center allowed us to walk to Kokusai Street in just 15 minutes—perfect for enjoying delicious food and great shopping! The breakfast was amazing, featuring unlimited hot pot and ice cream, all of the highest quality. But what really stood out was the outstanding service. During check-in, there was a group of middle school students—boys taking the stairs while girls waited for the elevator. The hotel staff efficiently prioritized guests for elevator access, handling the situation with professionalism and courtesy. We loved our stay so much that we’ll definitely be back here next time we visit Naha! Highly recommended!

The hotel is conveniently located just 2 mins walk from Asahibashi Rail station and also 5 mins walk from Naha Bus Terminal. As our room is on 4th level, our room looks out to the rail station platform which is a turn off. The room furniture also looks old and the air-conditioning turned on and off throughout the night, making sleeping very uncomfortable. It is really time for this hotel to upgrade their rooms.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and was especially impressed by the friendly and attentive service from the staff throughout my visit. Their hospitality made me feel truly welcome. The location is also exceptional—conveniently situated with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation, which added to the overall experience. However, on the last day of my stay, the breakfast situation was unfortunately less than ideal. Due to a large number of tour groups staying at the hotel, the restaurant was overcrowded even though I arrived at the earliest opening time. This made it impossible to enjoy my final breakfast in the dining area before departure, which was a disappointing end to an otherwise lovely visit. Overall, I would still highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and prime location, though it may be worth checking in advance if any large groups are expected during your stay.

It is my first time to stay with Hilton Hotels and I was impressed with the cleanliness. The breakfast is amazing. The location is right next to the metro and a walking distance to the shopping area.

Helpful staff and good breakfast. Hotel is a bit old, room also and don't look like Hilton level. Double bed size is for one person or two average. In general ok for 1-2 nights

Felt kind of misled by the photo in the booking. As in the picture, the double room booking show the size of a queen size bed. However in reality the bed was only the size of a super single or slightly larger. To use the wifi for free u need to register your email to become a member or something. Also they don’t provide complimentary water, only for their members…. Which we still did not get any despite signing up for the membership through our emails? Underside of the basin also dripped water so it was annoying to have your feet wet while brushing and flossing teeth. Room I stayed was 908. Overall quite a disappointing experience

Location was great, monorail was just beside the hotel which is 6 stops from Naha airport, complimentary cookies was nice and breakfast was sumptuous. However room was quite small and old, we booked for a couple room but was set up as a single room instead. Went to receptionist to inform them to replace all missing items. But nothing was done when we are back in hotel after dinner and we had to make a trip down to remind them, poor coordination. Also breakfast at last day was pack and we had to queue for coming to 45 mins for our table. If the hotel knows they are fully booked and to avoid guest waiting at lobby they could have better managed such situation. They could find extra space or arrange different slot of breakfast timing.

The room is old and outdated, expected more because of the Hilton name. Otherwise it was fine, was able to get three beds in the room. The reception lobby area is nice, had a big Christmas tree which was nicely decorated. The buffet breakfast was very nice, big selection including Seal icecream

Hotel has met its 4 stars standard. Room was pretty decent and comfy. Breakfast quality is normal. One key highlight is hotel is so close to the Asahibashi monorail station where travelling to airport was a breeze.

Hotel is near to the monorail which is good Breakfast is also good. However we noticed the waitress brought out some food to give customers but did not offer to us. There was no drinking water in the room unless you boiled the water with kettle provided. We had to buy a big bottle in. We checked out at 7+ in the morning on our 3rd day & left our luggage at the reception. We came back at 9+ at night to collect our luggage. A few steps outside hotel, we realised that the luggage was half opened, our things was dropping out. We zipped it back, nothing was missing however we were wondering was there a security check since we left the luggage for so long, even then, it should be zipped up properly. This is not appropriate for a big hotel as Hilton. It left us an unpleasant feeling.
