DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Naha recensioner

It is my first time to stay with Hilton Hotels and I was impressed with the cleanliness. The breakfast is amazing. The location is right next to the metro and a walking distance to the shopping area.

Helpful staff and good breakfast. Hotel is a bit old, room also and don't look like Hilton level. Double bed size is for one person or two average. In general ok for 1-2 nights

Felt kind of misled by the photo in the booking. As in the picture, the double room booking show the size of a queen size bed. However in reality the bed was only the size of a super single or slightly larger. To use the wifi for free u need to register your email to become a member or something. Also they don’t provide complimentary water, only for their members…. Which we still did not get any despite signing up for the membership through our emails? Underside of the basin also dripped water so it was annoying to have your feet wet while brushing and flossing teeth. Room I stayed was 908. Overall quite a disappointing experience

Room was fairly well for the price of it. Basic amenities provided. May consider this room if it is just a sleeping place in the night.

Hotel has met its 4 stars standard. Room was pretty decent and comfy. Breakfast quality is normal. One key highlight is hotel is so close to the Asahibashi monorail station where travelling to airport was a breeze.

Convenient location. Not much facilities and not very new. It's ok for a short trip.

Hotel is near to the monorail which is good Breakfast is also good. However we noticed the waitress brought out some food to give customers but did not offer to us. There was no drinking water in the room unless you boiled the water with kettle provided. We had to buy a big bottle in. We checked out at 7+ in the morning on our 3rd day & left our luggage at the reception. We came back at 9+ at night to collect our luggage. A few steps outside hotel, we realised that the luggage was half opened, our things was dropping out. We zipped it back, nothing was missing however we were wondering was there a security check since we left the luggage for so long, even then, it should be zipped up properly. This is not appropriate for a big hotel as Hilton. It left us an unpleasant feeling.

This hotel is just besides the Yui Rail Station Asahibashi, very convenient for transportation, it’s also near to Prefectural Office and Lea Lea bus lounge, which you can join one day tour (Klook/Get your guide/KKdays) or take Lea Lea bus to American Village. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly and the room is ok, not very spacious but enough for 2 person!

Great location right next to monorail station, with lift access from the bridge. Decent F&B choices nearby and walkable distance to Palette and Kokusai street.

The hotel location was next to Naha Bus Terminal and Asahibashi station. Good for those who intend to travel around by monorail and buses. Amenities were good but weren’t replenished for 2 consecutive days and I have to ask from concierge. Nice welcome gesture with warm biscuits on check-in day. Early check-in not allowed. Room quite small and dusty (dust accumulated on my luggage). Not sure whether they vacuum the room carpet daily. The open concept of closet was too small. Not enough space to hang 2 persons’ jackets and clothes with only 6 hangers.

The hotel location is great, within 5 mins walking to Asahibashi and Naha bus terminal. The hotel is in need of refurbishment as the rooms are quite outdated. There are vending machine on level 8 and ice machines on even numbered floors. However, the ice bucket is not provided, they provide paper cups next to ice machine. If you carry big luggage, I suggest to get at least Twin Room as the Queen Room is small and the bathroom is smaller too. The staff were very helpful and full of smiles, love the hospitality. They will serve you warm cookie as a welcome gift, signature of DoubleTree. Overall, if you go for good location and no fuss hotel, albeit small and older, this is a decent business hotel.

Very clean room and convenient transport. Also, the staff is very nice and pleasant.
