The Lake View Nainital

We were a family and stayed and lived the place. Excellent view from the Balcony we all lived the place e. Food and enjoyed our stay . Highly recommended to visit the place . Hospitality is great. Thanks for making visit successful

It is a very bad hotel I must say the toilet flush is not working, the bedsheets are dirty and the pillow covers are dirty food including breakfast are worst 🤮

Room was not clean. Service was also very poor. False information given by property that it is a minute away from mall road.

Pleasant stay. Hopefully for next time will opt to stay. Staffs well behaved location is perfect as it connects well with places to visit near by

Wooden floor was broken, rats were there in room, no landline, hotel staff were drinking in pantry front of my rooms, rooms were unhygienic didn’t expected mm t to enroll such low std hotels in their portal has been using since years and had all bookings from mm t even my honeymoon was from mm t but first time disappointed with quality and safety of hotel

First of all, the information regarding the hotel is misleading. It shows lake view rooms and their rates, which led us to book them. However, upon arrival, we were informed that our rooms only had a view of four walls, not the lake. The road to the hotel is steep, narrow, congested, and unlit, making it difficult to reach. The hotel name board is very small and hard to locate. Our room was near the kitchen and wash area, which had foul smells. The pillows were extremely filthy, and the bathroom door, bucket, floor, and wall tiles were un-cleaned and unhygienic. The only positive aspect was the polite and well-mannered staff.
