The best stay possible. One of the most comfortable rooms. The staff is of very high calibre. Vinod took exceptional care, and accomodated all our needs with great sincerity. Lalit ji, the head chef, doled out best, fresh food for us. Also, the helper boy Roshan was very courteous and always eager to help. Under Manager Jeena, the property is very well managed.

A heritage villa to rest in the quaint space with beautifully painted set up. At the edge of hill opening the door to look at the hills, well kept flowering plants and wild bird songs greeting through the day. The deluxe rooms were amply spaced, clean and tidy. Vinod was ever ready to cater the needful and the chef served us some amazing food we would order in advance as they cook everything fresh then and there. It was more than I was looking for to spend some time with my brother who was visiting me for the holidays. The best part was there was separate bed in the entrance room to sleep in separate spaces.

Good ambience and friendly employees making it on a whole a wonderful personalised experience. I would highly recommend this place for a leisure trip. The manager was kind enough to plan the sightseeing itinerary. Breakfast and Dinner was awesome catering to our taste. Hoping to visit again!!

I truly enjoyed my stay here, enveloped in peace and sounds of nature. If you are looking for a place to relax, this is a portal to natural calmness. This property is 144 years old, built during the British Era which showcases unique and historic multifariousness, and is beautifully preserved. The food was finger- liking good from authentic kumaoni thalis to hot soup in the chilly weather, all was simply delectable. Various plants engulf the area which adds to the list! Before anything, key resosons to come back again-extremely warm & welcoming staff. Vinod, who facilitated us around & Chef Lalit, were very hospitable. Manager of the property Kamal was very helpful. 6 spacious rooms, arranged to sleep 3 each, extra large attached bathrooms, antique furniture, tea-kettle. Well maintained, ideal for a quiet relaxing stay, serene green view. We spent most of our daytime on the terrace with a wow view of mountains.

We stayed in Rosastays, Jeolikote for 2N in Oct 2024 in one of the deluxe rooms, with excellent view of the mountains. This is an old heritage house (more than 100 years) with beautiful Kumauni woodworks all around in the door and window frames. Very clean and spacious rooms and bathrooms. The place is very calm and peaceful with beautiful nature all around. A small flower garden is there in the property which attracts a lot of colourful butterflies. In fact, we spend one whole morning leisurely just by watching and photographing butterflies. And the morning starts with chirping of a varieties of birds. It's really beautiful. The food included very tasty local cuisines, cooked specially by Lalit. Also, Vinod ***** with Rosan and Kamal Singh Jeena took really good care of us. Specially, Vinod is always there to help us. The place is so peaceful, I think, it is better to stay here for visiting Nainital which is always very crowded and busy. We stayed in Room 103 - the best among the 6 rooms they have. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Jeolifote.
