Amazing property plus really good staff clean space and what a view 😍😍😍 loved evrything about this place I have stayed here thrice now with family and friends they are really cooperative to cater all our needs

The resort is so beautiful and the staff is very friendly . i stay here for my husband birthday , Me prateek decorate our room so beautifully and helpled us throughout our stay . Ms tara receptionist helped us a lot . It was a great experience over here .

We were 15 trekkers who, after our trek, decided to spend 2 days at the property and rest up. The property was found to be overused, with marks and stains all over the walls and furniture. The doors look old and forced to hang there. There was a service cabinet right outside my room, where you often find used plates, food left over from room services, linens used, and new (can't really say new) there on top. Individual staff in the restaurant were really very helpful, but overall property needs renovation and maintenance. I would not recommend it.

Our experience at Himalayas by the Lake Hill in Mukteshwar was significantly below expectations. The dining hall was unclean, with visible dead flies on the windowsill right next to our table and food debris scattered across the floor. The quality of the food was also poor, and the service was notably slow. A request for a daal refill eventually resulted in a clearly watered-down portion. Adding to this, the final servings of French fries were undercooked, being dark brown on the outside but raw inside. Furthermore, our room had an unpleasant odor, and the lack of alternative rooms meant we were unable to move.

JAI BOLE BABA KI ::I loved staying here himalayas by lake hill..resort muketeshwar..awesome place to stay..great view from balcony..clean rooms..great service great food..and above all KARAN SINGH..THE MANAGER ..GREAT GENTLEMAN..WHO cares for every person coming in this resort..good work prateek the f&b person and Tara a well behaved girl in front office.. congrats HIMALAYA BY THE LAKE HILL..WE WILL COME BACK AGAIN..

We 15 frd have stayed there for 2 nights in Apr 2025 first week , we were in a impression that the hotel is premium but when we reached at late night we found that the rooms were very dirty and some kind of bed smell was coming . washrooms were also not properly cleaned . Food served in dinner was cold and not of enough quantity

It's was a very excellent experience in the hotel good staff and service by prateek and vinod is super excellent they both are very helpful persons food very tasty and rooms is very cleaning really enjoy reception teams is also good miss kushboo and pawan tara this hotel is very excellent in mukteshwar must visit again 😀

Hotel is Located on main road and is not very crowded.Rooms are decent but views are good. Deck area is good for small parties and bonfires. Activity area is good for kids and is well equipped. We found the service to be a bit slow but overall the experience was pleasant. Ideal for family and small groups with kids. Morning treks with guide Mr. Manoj Bisht is highly recommended.
