pros: Location is serene. Rooms are clean with a lovely balcony with comfortable bed made with nice clean linen. The room has heating provision too. Staff is very helpful & attentive to ensure your happiness. Food choices are limited (me being a vegeterian) with a reasonable price. Ensure you go for a walk and enjoy. cons: Management needs to have a strict approach towards unruly guests. Lines like 'ab sir guest se request hi kar sakte hai" might not work.

We stayed in this hotel from 3rd to 5th January, 2025. We had nice experience. Clean rooms. Good breakfast. But size of geyser in room is not adequate. In the morning, musician, Mr Vinod Belwal plays beautiful flute. We really enjoyed his playing.

The is heaven, the rooms are very clean & cosie with a lovely balcony with table & chair to enjoy your tea & view, but also you have the view from your king size very comfortable bed made with nice clean linen & warm doona. The room has heating as it’s cool up here. The staff are helpful & attentive to ensure your happiness & comfort & the food is nice & a good price. Ensure you go for a walk & enjoy your surrounds Beautiful place for weekend break

Excellent place. Very quite and offbeat location The place is so serene that you leave behind all your worldly stress. Especially the gentry and the ambience is worth the price. They had bonfires and live music ***** with a beautiful flute player playing ***** the woods. A perfect gate away for the weekend. The host Mr. Sarpreet and his team is very helpful and informative. All in all, a good place to stay

I selected Moustache as it appears beautiful in pictures. However in reality it is much more magical. One of the most beautiful places in Bhimtal. Located ideally from Saat taal - just 3kms and conveniently placed from Kanchi Dham. Most importantly the bonfire in the evenings and musical mornings with a live musician enhances your stay.

The stay was wonderful. The property has a beautiful landscape basked in nature. The property team is very professional but corporative and flexible to guests' special requests at the same time. The best part is when birds surround the property in the morning creating peaceful, calm and happy vibe in the premises.

I do not recommend booking through Agoda. They often provide the worst and most costly deals. We paid more than ₹31k for this accommodation of two rooms for two nights. Overall, everything was okay okay at very high cost, but there are a few areas that need urgent improvement. The service should be enhanced as it takes a very long time to serve the food. Additionally, one of our rooms was not as good compared to the others because the paint on the walls was peeling off, and the landline was not working.Food also need attention, Tea & Sambhar was pathetic. Bhagwan Singh at the front desk was helpful with all our queries. However, due to the festive season, the staff was not always available, and there were times when water was not available. Additionally, cleanliness was not up to the mark.

I recently stayed at Moustache Bhimtal Luxuria for my vacation and had a wonderful experience. From the moment I checked in, the staff ensured that all my needs were met with a smile and genuine care. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the property was welcoming and relaxing. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable,peaceful and enjoyable stay away from the city hustle. Kudos to the team for their excellent service!

I am writing here to bring to the notice of whosoever it may concern about our ongoing experience at the property with no acs, on the 3rd floor, stating it’s a king size room which it’s absolutely not and all of it after paying an exorbitant amount of 23000 /- for two nights, the guy Sourabh at the reception felt so unobliging right from the start. The kitchen seems so unhygienic as well. Everything else could have been compromised had the hospitality been at par. The staff especially Sourabh felt unaccomodating and rude P.S - Checked in today itself.
