Lemon Tree Mukteshwar offers the best views of the majestic Himalayas. Our stay in the garden suite was quite comfortable. Mr. Avadesh is very helpful and ensures that the guests enjoy their stay here. The staff is nice and eager to help. Food is very good, especially the local cuisines- Kumaoni Thali and Pahadi chicken is a must try.

Great hospitality.Resort ambiance is good and location is excellent. Service and hospitality are best in class.It is very nice at all. It's a pleasant stay like home. Well maintained and amazing rooms. Friendly staff (Reception, Housekeeping, Restaurant and Management). Dining experience and taste of the food were fantastic. Special Thanks to Awadesh Ji and Restaurant Management as very good food given by them. They were very kind and helpful as made our food according to Jain.

The moment you enter in your room, you will feel very dark vibes, as there are no proper lighting’s in the room. Staying in the dim light for a long time in the room will make you feel suffocated and you will eventually start feeling low. Room size is very small. Very confusing set up of electricity switches in the room. Even after staying for 2 days in the room, you will not get to know, which switch is for which light. It’s very inconvenient. Washrooms are stinky and again due to extreme dim lighting, you will feel uncomfortable every time you use the washroom. I bet you on this. Bed sheets were stinky and not properly cleaned. It brings in the hygiene issues. There is no centrally water heating in the washrooms and only a conventional home type water gyser installed in the washrooms, which will force you to take a bath using bucket only. Same average breakfast and buffet spread has been served every day without any change in the buffet menu. The way lemon tree hotel brand is expanding in india, they are not at all focusing on providing good services. They are just into number race. That’s it.

Lemon tree is a good brand, but this property is above of all this, it's just amazing. if you are a nature lover then it's a best find for you. Main USP of this property is their Staff, they are just awesome, very humble, down to earth and always available for help and support. i would suggest hotel owner to continue with the same staff in future as getting good and honest people is tough in this time. if you are planning to stay in Muktheshwar then go for "Lemon Tree" without any doubt. 5/5 from my side.

Hotel location is perfect with hotel staff very good. Hotel staff is very humble, and we enjoyed our stay. Hotel manager knows what good hospitality is and made sure we felt comfortable, and he also offered us right room considering we were having small baby.

Location was fantastic,staff was very friendly with wonderful hospitality.Hotel is located just away from city busy life.Mr Awadesh the GM really helped with all arrangements &suggestions. The most realistic experience of going nearby farms &plucking fruits was memorable.
