This hotel is discriminatory to foreign travelers. There is no hot water kettle, no air conditioner, no daily cleaning. Their price is double that of other similar hotels who do happily welcome foreign guests. Their management claimed it was an issue with local rules which obviously was a lie because other better and very close by hotels in nainital (on the lake) happily accepted us for half the price. Customer service is a big zero here.

Amazing experience, booked a family suite.
It's very close to the lake and the view is awesome. Cleanliness and hygiene maintened. Food is ok ok

it's room located at a very hight we have to travel around 100 stairs to reach the room
service is also not good
service person was arguing for everything
No shift manager was available in night shift
Housekeeping & other things was also not proper

I booked a lake-view room at this property. The room was clean and cosy although smaller than I expected. The staff were excellent and helped us with our every need. The best thing about this property is the location. It’s located on the Mall Road right near Tallital. You could see all of Nainital from the balcony: the magnificent lake on one side and the green hills changing colours on the other. I loved staying here.

There is huge difference in photos uploaded on website and actual. Rooms are not spacious. There is smell in rooms which staff also acknowledged. Booked suite with Tal facing but room provided with nothing any view..

Bathroom cleanliness is not good. Furniture quality is not also good. Quality of bed sheet & blanket is not also good. As per room tarif, it is too high against room quality. No heater is also being provided during.

I booked deluxe room with lake view for me and my mum. They gave us room on 2 floor. Our room was last room on the floor. It was super small, we don’t have space even for our luggage. Our bed was from one wall till other wall. Lock room was half broken. No kettle, no coffee no tea. Many times random people coming close to our door and try to open. Feel not safe. Only view to lake was beautiful. And in the end after check out they not allowed to leave our bags for few hours on reception, because our bus was in evening. Some boys pick up our bags and take it down on stairs then ask money for that. In general not recommended to book this hotel. You can find cheaper and more friendly stuff in other place.

services are good, staff are also very supportive, but there are too many stairs so this hotel is not for senior citizens and one more thing the "Deluxe rooms lake view" were small but it were shown bigger in make my trip app.
