Our 2 days stay for the new years Eve was just right at the Naini Retreat. We just loved our garden view room. New years time is a very expensive time to be here however no complaints as our stay was just perfect. Check in and out of the hotel was quick. The Hotel is a heritage property with quaint villa type of rooms at least the Garden view room was just so pretty. The property is clean and the location Picturesque. You can get the view of the lake from the deck of the hotel. The hotel was so beautifully decorated for the New years seriously full marks to that ! We chose the MAP plan. The food was outstanding. I cannot fault anything here. The hotel is located on the top of a hill and commuting to mall road is impossible without a vehicle however the hotel provided for a car from morning to evening to for your to and FRO trips. The drivers can stay here with a minimal fee. The New years gala dinner had so much of variety of food. There was an orchestra with starters followed by a dinner with a dj night. The hotel really did a good job . The hotel staff is attentive and prompt.The hi tea was complimentary and just right. Dos-Visit the Zoo its really good. Boat ride cann9ot be missed and the Naina Devi Temple is really nice with again a great view of the lake in the backdrop.you can get a boat ride from here too. There is a rope way and a cave garden too. I would hands down recommend this dreamy and marvelous quaint hill station called Nainital for a quick getaway. Also If you tired of visiting the mall road next to the Naina devi temple there is a nice shop called as the Pahari shop for small little organic products/clothes etc. for gifting and small takeaways. Do visit it. Stay at Naini retreat for the exemplary hotel and service. It truly is a Majestic hotel.

Heritage property with Stunning view of Nainital lake ,well maintained neet and clean property. Good food and warm hospitality by the staff of Naini Retreat. We stayed in Naini Royal Room which has the best view of the mountain and lake. Keep it up Rohit Bisht and Team . Appropriated all efforts to make our stay comfortable.

The property gets 5 stars for its view. We have been staying here for years now, this time the only courteous staff member who was the best was Diksha arya. She makes the best teas. Your mornings will be made with a great view and a best cup of tea. The other staff is non bothered and least courteous with no respect and needs a lot of trying and work. A guy at the reception was also nice and courteous so full marks for him as well. The food needs some work too.

It was most wonderful experience! Ambience & services were amazing! View of lake from deck is amazing.. Staff was polite, courteous & always present at your back & call .. Property’s GM Mr D S Jina, Executive Chef Mr Chandan Parihar & their team was superb… Food was superb & healthy.. Wish to visit Naini Retreat again & again ! God bless them all !

One of the most amazing and elegant properties we have ever stayed. Away from the hustle bustle of Nainital, still just 10 min walk to the market and lake. The property has the most spectacular lake view from the deck. Most elegant vintage rooms, Best hospitality, with personal attention to each guest, Amazing food and each and every dish was delicious with superb deserts. Special thanks to the manager Mr. Shrikant Tiwari, very friendly and reachable, who is an encyclopaedia of Uttarakhand and can very well guide you to make your trip full of amazing experiences. Also, thanks to the ever helpful Talib khan , Tara and Radhey ji. Thanks for an amazing stay and experience.
