Had booked luxury room with balcony for lake view. The location is right on mall road and has excellent view of lake. The downside is if elders are accompanying for the stay. The approach to the hotel is a good climb of 30 to 50 stairs. But they do provide porter service who would assist with carrying your luggage. Overall a pleasant stay and full marks for the excellent view

You will have a tough time climbing stairs it has if you have someone on elderly or obese with you. As the enterance is exactly not on mall road there is no one to help with luggage as well unless you call them on hotel cell and ask them to send someone that may take any amount of time. Rooms are very basic, we took family cottage that has two bedrooms and 1 hall, niether of the bedroom doors would close as they are out of shape and jam. Only advantage of this hotel is that you get a great view of lake at night and you can enjoy few hours outside on plastic chairs they provide.

Don't expect 3 star experience. Average stay. Below average cleaniness. Good food . U have to climb 110-120 stairs. Please don't book if there are old age person ,or anyone having hear issues. Room conditions are not upto the price they charge .

I stayed with my family at Krishna hotel Nainital in June 2022. Positives: - Located on the Mall road - River side view - No more positives/benefits Negatives: - You have to climb around atleast 100 stairs to reach the reception from Mall road (Not recommender for senior citizens/people with knee issues/kids) - Limited items in breakfast buffet (mainly sandwich, alu parantha, omlette, Upma, alu Puri, tea, coffee) - They don't provide basic amenities like electric kettle (***** with tea/coffee) and complementary mineral water in room - No roof fan in the rooms, leading to suffocating rooms - Rooms are not tidy. You can easily spot cockroachs - Overpriced - they charged INR 4,300 per night My Rating - 2/5 Recommendation - If you plan to visit Nainital in Peak season (May, June), and if you have a budget of ~4,000 to 5,000 per night, don't go for Hotel Krishna! Do your research and find a better hotel.

Hotel Krishna now needs major renovation, bathroom and rooms are not upto 4 or 3 star category, limited toiletries and breakfast option. Excellent location with cooperative staffs. This was my second stay at Hotel Krishna but disappointed by the property after paying 8000 per night for luxury room. Will explore another option for upcoming Nainital trips.

I visited with my family,... I have booked Family Room.. Family apartment Room type is also there that is different..... About Family room... Huge big room with private balcony... facing majestic Naini Lake..... Staffs are very polite.... Only cons is there are 50 steps to climb from mall road to reach Reception area...... But steps are very wide and huge space in between... so we can take break in between while climbing stairs...... Basically Naina lake looks beautiful....from Top Angle...that is the reason.. Hotel is situated in high altitude.... Rooms are very clean,,, food very tasty....... There are number of restraunts, dhabas too near to hotel.... one can have food according to their budget......................... The view of lake from Hotel Krishna's balcony is Marvellous...............
