Had a good stay except for the person at the desk gave another guest my room key card while I was in the room sleeping but otherwise I had a good stay

Was a good option without being the most pricy. good location, walking distance to the main shopping malls, some bars. Breakfast was good too. Basic hotel but have a bit like a house feeling.

The stay was enjoyable as always

來非洲快一個月了，沒怎麼鍛鍊。今天才發現酒店有個健身房，雖然腰痠背痛地折騰了半個小時。還是覺得有必要告訴一下大家。肯尼亞的氣候真好，不冷不熱的。鍛鍊完坐在院子裏的沙發上喝瓶水，真的是享受。牆上有非洲特色的金屬裝飾也很耐看。對了，總經理David 是個本地人，基本上每天早上都會在早餐時候跟我打招呼，感覺很好。

酒店服務很不錯，一個很老的酒店。有游泳池 健身房 環境很不錯。 酒店裡的設施有點陳舊，衞生間和淋浴一般，晚上還有蚊子 一般住宿好可以。

不好，浴室沒熱水，空調不能調節温度， 早餐沒啥吃的，三四個。太差了

I had a warth and friendly reception, the environment is very clean and I will surely come again next time with my family. My Kenyan people i love you all and see you same place Zehneria hotel some time to come. Zehneria hotel is top class located beside a grand mall sarit center and west gate.

My team and I spent a week at Zehneria for a work retreat, and we had an absolutely great experience. All the staff were very hospitable, friendly and ready to assist with making our stay easier. David (the General Manager) was really helpful in everything and would always ask if we were being taken care of well. We used the conference facilities and were always provided with what we needed to have our team sessions. I was refreshingly surprised by the hotel rooms. They were large, very neat, in tip top condition and overall had all that we needed. I spent some time sitting by the pool to work, and it was calming and quite productive. (picture added) I'd recommend The Zehneria to anyone thinking of a cool and relaxing hotel right in the heart of Westlands Nairobi.

What a Perfect Spot for Accomodation, Restaurant and even a fitness and Spa center at the Hotel. Top notch Customer service from the General Manager David and the receptionist team! The Ambiance is over the roof; Calmness and the Scenic spaces around. Will be back Again for more visits! We loved it here!!!

The breakfast was sumptuous. It was so close to my exam centre. I didn't need to pay my way there neither did I have difficulty locating it. The staffs superp. Looks like they were selected. So kind. The environment was also so beautiful, clean and serene and supports studying for my exams.

They are soft enough, the bed is very comfortable. The attendants were hospitable. The environment was very calm and suits my purpose. I like the breakfast buffet that gave me opportunity to make my choice. The location is quite good for recreation and relaxation.

The reception in the hotel is top notch and the staff is very friendly. It is also closer to the pearson vue examination centre in Nairobi. The hotel also offers spa services and gym services as well for relaxation. The hotel is near cbd that is 10 minutes away.

The hotel is located near Pearson center for the Nclex exam which made it easy for moving from the hotel to the center. They have a very good reception and friendly workers. The hotel also have got services in terms of Gym, pup, swimming pool and a lot.

The receptionist is fantastic, approachable and beautiful. The hotel room is awesome, very neat and serene. The restaurant is wonderful as well and the waiters are super . I'm enjoying the atmosphere so far. The hotel is near sarit mall. Thank you.
