Got the worst experience in my lifetime from the hotel security. They are soo unprofessional and wasted 6 hours of my Business time. Have experienced unnecessary harassment that later caused undue distress. From the majority of the Hotels I have been this is number 1 interms of experience

This was one of the worst places i have ever stayed at. The front office staff are EXTREMELY RUDE. The rooms are old, dirty and stuffy. The shower heads are instant heaters that keep exploding and may electrocute you, the wifi doesn't work, the amenities are bad, when you call the reception for help with anything, they just ignore you! We couldn't wait to leave the place. The manager however, was a really nice guy and he tried his best. I wouldn't recommend the place to anyone though! Terrible Terrible place!

On the 20th Jan 24 stayed in The Luke Hotel Thika Road, The service from the receptionist (Purity) was terrible. After explaining that I was part of the BATUK team she treated me like I am a homeless person and was shouting for no apparent reason. After many attempts to speak with her line manager, she demanded I leave the building after paying the money and she was very rude to me as a customer. Batuk supports this hotel on all levels and I failed to understand what was her issue with me on the day during my check out. I won't be staying in this hotel again in future during my many times visits to Kenya. The location is ideal but the staff especially the receptionist need a lot of training to be able to speak to customers in the right tone and be respectful.

Very poor customer service. Poor management, Very rude supervisor. Very terrible food, ordering food & getting the wrong food. Asking for compensation & not being given any. I highly don't recommend this hotel to anyone, book or visit at your own risk.

No one at the hotel reception to help carry bags to the room.The room itself isn't worth the amount charged. The food is overcharged and pathetic. Then how do you not have rice in a town hotel? Bathroom is soo tiny like that of a local lodging.. definitely not recommendable. My 1st experience the worst.
