This is one of the most exclusive wild animal experiences you can get. Starting from the fantastic 5 star hotel to the 5 star spa But of course we where there yo interact with the Giraff. What an experience! We loved every moment! We got to see the new born baby Giraff

Our stay at Giraffe Manor was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and thoughtful—almost like professional photographers and choreographers. They helped us capture countless beautiful family moments, making sure every interaction with the giraffes was perfectly timed and memorable. We visited in April, and the fact that it wasn’t crowded added a wonderful sense of exclusivity and luxury. Even the rain and occasional storm only enhanced the charm—it felt like nature was putting on a show just for us. Our boys, ages 13 and 15, had the best time. The staff struck the perfect balance—offering just the right amount of attention and direction to keep them engaged, relaxed, and fully immersed in the experience. Ed, the charismatic male giraffe, was a true highlight. He came right up to our balcony for pellets, completely stealing the show. The presence of the warthogs was an unexpected and delightful addition—they added even more character and charm to an already enchanting setting. Every detail, from the impeccable service to the serene, storybook surroundings, was flawlessly curated. Truly the best experience ever—unforgettable in every way.

I rarely write negative reviews, but this place was absolutely awful for the outrageous price. Upon arrival after a very long 30 hours of travel, we arrived to our room not ready yet. We were given welcome cocktails and were able to lounge by the pool. When we could finally get to the room, it was not up to par. I found the sheets grime in the bathroom, and worst of all, bed bug stains on mattress! I ALWAYS check hotels no matter how many stars they have. (see photos) To be fair, Tony the manager did try to help. He was apologetic and offered to move me to another room, but honestly, the damage was done. Tony seemed like he was trying his best, but this place needs a total overhaul – deep cleaning, pest control, and new management at the top level who actually care about guests’ health and safety. Bottom line: The giraffes are a nice experience, however I think I would check out Serval wildlife instead where you can interact with not only giraffes, but other animals as well and have a much more luxurious, clean experience!

From the moment I arrived after the driver picked me up I was in awe of everything. A wonderful experience. I can't begin to express the details of this trip. The hospitality upon.my arrival set the tone for the stay. I was made to feel welcomed from the time the driver opened the van. What a beautiful place.

This was a bucket list trip. We were fortunate to snag a reservation same day and oh how it was worth it. Everything was 5 start, the experience, the accommodations, the service and the food. Simply amazing!! I highly recommend the giraffe manor. It’s worth the money

Where else in the world can you sip your morning coffee while a majestic giraffe pokes its head through your window for a snack? Waking up to these gentle giants wandering the grounds, feeding them right from our balcony, and sharing breakfast with them — it’s beyond magical. It's not just a photo op — it’s an experience that touches your soul. The manor itself is timeless and elegant, with old-world charm, lush gardens, and impeccable service. Every detail is thought through, from the gourmet meals to the dreamy rooms with four-poster beds and views that steal your breath away. The hospitality? Next level. Braylock, Vincent, Tony, Tabitha and the entire staff including the driver made us feel like royalty with their warmth, attention to detail, and genuine care. Every request was met with a smile, and their local recommendations were spot on — from cultural sites to hidden foodie spots we would’ve never discovered on our own. Spa, even though very small, is a MUST. Jackie and Susane provided some of the best spa treatments we have ever had. This is more than a stay — it’s a connection with nature, history, and the kind of once-in-a-lifetime magic that leaves you glowing. From the point of arrival you are transported in a fairytale. The team is kind and attentive. The grounds and manor are beautifully decorated and appointed. The experience with the giraffes cannot be topped. I highly recommend this stay for anyone wanting to create a life long lasting memory in Nairobi.

Giraffe Manor never fails to surprise us, it is always amazing! The staff is very friendly and helpful, the giraffes are graceful. Don't miss the day at the retreat either, it meets all your expectations. The day will pass in total zen-like bliss with the view of the savannah and the great service of the retreat staff. This is our third time here and we will be back next year. For us there is no better place in the world!
