I always stay in Westlands but on the busier side of it. I decided to switch it up and it was worth it. Staying in an iconic building that juts above Nairobi’s skyline makes it easy to find. Check-in was smooth plus I was upgraded to a 2-bedroom apartment. That was amazing of you guys at PLM. The apartment is spacious and on the 13th floor with great views due to the floor to ceiling windows. It was clean and the cleaning lady made sure it stayed that way. It’s super quiet and so I worked from there a few days rather than going to the office. It has a great gym on the 24th floor and the restaurant next to it serves lots of vegetarian fare. I couldn’t ask for more. When I needed assistance with the wifi and access key cards the response was swift as always. Thanks PLM. “I’ll be back.” 😊

I had a fantastic one-month stay at this apartment. The place was exceptionally clean, and I felt very secure throughout my stay. The host (Grace) was outstanding—always prompt with communication and incredibly kind. I appreciated the attention to detail and the overall comfort of the space. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

In overal the appartment is excellent, modern and timely. The design and environment very good. Everyday I had a good experience in utilizing ever single item in the appartment this was amazing for me. The view of Nairobi that was possible to have from the windows inspired every morning, afternoon and nigths while I was in Prime Living Luxury Apartments. Simply Fantastic

The rooms including were clean and comfortable enough though the response to queries was poor. A case in point is when my room did not have hot water for two days despite reporting to the front desk, someone was sent to come, he promised to return on the first and never came back

This is where I lived for more than a year in Nairobi My appartement was in 16th floor with breathtaking view (sunset side) Full list appliances and amenities, house keeping, management are very responsive to customized solutions and our individual needs, gym in 24th floor is a great one with heated infinity pool Location is central to everything, security level is very high and assuring I enjoyed my stay

This place had a lot going for it. It was impeccably clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The location was super convenient, with shopping centers just a stone's throw away, and I must say, it gave us a strong sense of safety throughout our stay. One thing to note is that if you plan on checking in late, it's crucial to have all the details ironed out with the host in advance. We had a bit of a challenge finding our way to the apartment during our late check-in. However, it's worth mentioning that the host was quite responsive and helped us out once we got in touch.

Booked a 2 bed apartment on recommendation from a friend. Did not dissapoint. Nice clean apartments. Service from staff was excellent. Could not fault it. Wifi throughout the aoartment. Would definately stay again.

This was my second time in Prime living and the experience was just great. The location is easily accessible and the apartments are clean, quiet, modern and cozy, with all the appliances I needed to make my stay even more comfortable. The parking is ample and safe and all the staff just strived to ensure I was comfortable, not forgetting the beautifulc city view. Special thanks to Grace for always making my bookings smooth and seamless and coming through with whatever I needed and Bev for the easy checking process. I highly recommend prime living and I will most definitely be back!!
