나이로비 시내에 위치한 호텔이라서 출장기간 동안 전혀 불편함 없이 지냈습니다. 밖에 나가면 치안때문에 걱정이지만 있지만, 청결하고 직원들 우연히 만나면 친절하네요. 편안한 시간이었습니다.

We stayed at this aparthotel for 2 nights. The room that we booked had 2 rooms and 2.5 baths, with a balcony which was nice. The room came with fridge, washing machine/dryer combo. No detergent… and we couldn't get the dryer function to work. Luckily it had a hanging rack, so all the clothes dried in front of the fan and near the windows. Free drinking water in the room was a nice touch. The reception staff were easy to work with and were able to book us a car to pick us up from the airport. Our original plan was to Uber, but our flight ended up getting delayed and arrived close to midnight, and so we had to set this up pretty last minute. Kudos to the staff there. One thing to note, is that the curtains in all the rooms are not black out curtains so the rooms get pretty hot. The room windows were east facing so it got bright and hot immediately in the morning. In the afternoon the rooms were cool and we were able to open the balcony for some wind.

For the first time in 10 years of regular visit to Nairobi I thought I would try Skynest as an alternative to my normal hotel. Apartment v AirB&B was nice could have done with some small changes but overall excellent. The rooftop pool was a real bonus as a chill location. The restaurant was more than I expected food was very good and each meal I had was of a very good standard. Excellent team providing the service in the restaurant and bar. My only negative is that we had to move away from sitting at the bar far too early as the team each night wanted it clear to start on preparation for morning breakfast! I like to sit at the bar but you had to be away from it before 10pm. Overall highly recommend, just over the road from Sarit Centre / conference centre and next door to movenpick hotel and it's rotating top floor restaurant

Rooms are good but service is pathetic...total waste of money. Can try for other good places in Westlands for stay. If you complain, nobody actually listens or works on it..they act like they listen n do nothing. Stayed here for long time n service is going down day by day.

Safe and comfy apartments in the city. Close to the mall and has its only mini supermarket, chocolate cafe and bar/cafe. Good communication with the host and easy to check in. Rooftop views are lovely, gym, pool and mini bar is a nice little touch.

Horrible stay, try and avoid at all costs. Where do i begin, i guess i will just list all the issues: - No towels in the room at check in. It took over 45 minutes to receive the towels due to which we missed a reservation. - Overall cleanliness - long hair all over the apartment and dirty floors. - Heavily stained sofa - AC in one of the rooms was not working- maintenance didn’t manage to sort out the issue and there was no follow up during entire stay - Missing iron - took over an hour to send one to the room (after multiple reminders) - Safe in the room was locked - despite reporting the issue nothing was done! The above issues are just some of the many issues we encountered. The worrying thing is that I wonder if the room was ever inspected by anyone before we were checked in. We contacted the manager about the issues but there was no follow up from her side either.

Best bang for the buck! We stayed at the Mövenpick Hotel before, right next to SkyNest Residences. This place is way better than any hotel in Nairobi. We got a 2-bedroom apartment for the price of a 1-bedroom apartment. Plenty of space with two master bathrooms, open kitchen, washing machine, balcony, and access to infinity pool, gym, sauna, squash court on the rooftop (17th floor). The building also has a nice coffee bar, a supermarket and a restaurant on the ground floor. We can highly recommmend this place as a perfect accomodation in Nairobi Westlands.
