its abt 45 mins drive away from nozawa onsen and easy to drive to. the hotel is clean since its quite new. room size is ok and good enough for us w 1 big suit case and a snowboard base. it has a public bath, perfect after a day of skiing. breakfast was decent and love the almond milk.

Amazing service from front counter, helped me in ski resort introduction and tips for traffic there. They are always professional with big smile. I enjoyed 3 ski courses from this hotel, which could be a great location to ski areas in the east of Nagano prefecture.

good amenities, can check on the availability of washing machines and even onsen from the TV inside room.

Everything is perfect, location is great, food is great, Onsen is amazing, bed is comfy, nothing to complain

The experience is fantastic. Staff is very friendly and the hotel is clean. The room is spacious enough for a comfortable stay and well equipped. The in-house onsen is well-decorated with everything you can imagine inside. I cannot recommend this hotel more. Will definitely visit again when I come back for snowboarding again.

The room is really small. But based on the price, I think it is still fair.

Good hotel at a really decent price point, the only thing is the location there is nothing much to do in Nakano itself but it is very close to the train station, and I think a lot of people staying there had cars. They have different style rooms, the first room I stayed in had a coffee table which I couldn't use for computer work, but then moved to a different room later which had a proper work table which was much better. Also has an onsen which was also nice. Breakfast buffet quite decent, would just request that more vegan options be available.

2min walk from train station. Best CP RATIO HOTEL. Highly recommended.

The room is roomy and clean with all the little details that were given attention to. Wish there is a grab bar at the tub for safety but overall is excellent. Thanks for holding out luggages while we visited the monkey park. I was so excited to share out friends the pictures of the hotel. The bedding is super comfortable. Such a comfortable stay! Thank you.

good location with recent renovation wonderful experience

Stayed for a night for skiing. Service staff were very helpful in being patient and answering our 5 million questions. Room was good, nothing fancy. Public onsen was available for guests too. Free coffee at the lobby!
