Great experience at the Swiss Grand. Would probably stay here again. Room was clean, and the location was ideal for us. It's walking distance to Tengwangge, and close to many lively pedestrian streets. The hotel staff probably does not see many foreign visitors, so there was some confusion with our documents at check in. However, it was quickly resolved.

Awesome facilities and service. Notice that swimmers are required to wear a swim cap. The breakfast buffet on Level 2 is fantastic!

We have stop over during Chinese new year National days. The location is very good, nice view from the hotel. The buffet has a lot of choices. Price is reasonable

Good position, very big structure. Rooms are spacious and have all what is needed. The service is good, but not 5 stars. The guy who met us at the entrance just helped to take out of the car the luggage, after that he put it on the ground and left. Some of the stuff speak English which is a plus. They have a lot of amenities for kids. The cleaning is average.

It is a great hotel with the nest locations in the city. Staff was very helpful, however there was a strange thing that one of the managers started to talk to me about politics. I think it is quite dangerous of a customer doesn't agree on his opinion. Breakfast was very good. Sauna in hotel is always a great addition.
