I had booked a Deluxe room at your hotel on 8 th Dec to 11 Dec 2022, however the extremely poor quality of food served at your hotel made us check out early. The rooms are really good but there is a serious mismanagement of food . The complimentary breakfast you provide at Ocean Spice is Stale and cold poha and burnt Upma ( dark brown) and Oily puri ( stale and deep fried) and stale fruits. They do not have basic stuff like Bread and butter/jam . We stayed for 3 days but got the same Breakfast each day and everyday they had this reason that “bread butter aya nahi hai Aj kal mil jayega “ . 4-5 guests complained the same thing but it seems to have fallen on deaf ears. It is your duty to arrange such basic stuffs instead of lame excuses. The attitude and service of Ocean Spice restaurant is pathetic as they are busy chit chatting with other Co- staff and completely forgetting the order of a guest. They keep u waiting for 15 min for a Chai and serve u warm Tea( not even piping hot) . Very bad in terms of food. The only good thing is the room . And yes neither did the Tv worked nor did you provide Water kettle and complimentary tea/coffee/ sugar . The management team must seriously pay attention to Food management and their staff attitude. Being a part of service industry it’s easy to fool your guests but you are ruining the Hotel reputation on a large front as guests come from another different cities and I would definitely not recommend such Hotel to anybody which is clearly not interested in providing service to guest.
