Located in the yunshuiyao scenic area of Tulou in Nanjing, Huaiyuan folk house is next to Huaiyuan building (the double ring circular earth building with the most exquisite technology and best protection), which has the best geographical location. It is the only one with an open terrace in yunshuiyao. The house was used as an expert building for applying for the world heritage of Fujian Tulou when applying for the world heritage.

房間很臟，桌子上，床的靠背都是灰，床上都是黑色的灰，馬桶很臟。床單還是一個破的，體驗感太差了。

客棧真的就在懷遠樓邊上，這樣白天人多排隊才能進的懷遠樓，等到晚上或者清晨可以順便逛
設施：很簡單，洗漱用品衹有牙膏牙刷，浴巾也沒有提供；自來水放出來很渾濁，有鐵銹味，衞生間淋浴是在一起的很小 幾乎無法洗澡；另外地漏下水有問題，放水不到3分鐘腳踝已淹。
服務：春節期間幾乎沒有服務，工作人員傍晚就下班了，晚上會有村民老爺爺看店，但幾乎不管事。免費的礦泉水也沒有提供。
懷遠樓停車場離住宿還有5-6分鐘路程，拖箱子的路面不是很平順，晚上看到附近有把車開進來，但白天進來説衹能停在停車場，停車場停車免費。
整體評價，“住了想吃魚！”

懷遠別院是一棟老房子，木梯木地板，古香古色，很有韻味，位置剛好在懷遠樓旁邊，陽台就能近距離觀賞，地理位置很方便遊玩，我們這次幾家人定了二樓6間房，一整層，有一個客廳可喝茶，有個陽台對着懷遠樓，拍照角度很好哦！但房間偏小，有一間房沒有熱水。廁所空間也較小，想化粧連放化粧品的地方都沒有。還有房間沒有熱水壹，6間房10幾個人共用客廳一個燒水壹，根本不夠用。總體80分。

我定的是一層樓6個房間，家庭出行，在懷遠樓的旁邊，房間衞生很好，被子舒服，有露台可以曬衣服，滿足出行需要，而且就在景點旁邊，可以在旅行團離開後慢慢看，慢慢逛，喜歡深度遊的可以考慮。二樓還有一個可以品茶的地方，很舒服。值得推薦。

很有韻味的酒店，設施和隔音真的是一般了，晚上需要早點回房休息，不能逛的太晚，開門的大爺要睡覺了就沒人開門了。

懷遠別院是拍懷遠樓最好的位置房子要提前訂，他們家房子特別少，標間衹有一個。唯一不方便的是沒有電梯，就是很窄的木樓梯，大行李箱拎上去非常不方便。拎下來更可怕，總覺得要連人帶箱子滾下來。
