Nanjing Tulou cultural center · 1949 Resort

As it wasn't a busy time and we were staying for a whole week, on check they upgraded us to the Wooden Loft Family Room, which was quite nice. The room was comfortable with big windows and a nice view across the stream to the forest. It was great to have a washing machine and the washing machine had a dryer function as well so we could still dry our clothes when it was cloudy and cool. The smart toilet was a bit disappointing as the controller wasn't very responsive and the flush was very weak. The tub was nice though the water was not quite hot enough to make it comfortable. Most of all we enjoyed the courtyard area and the breakfast/restaurant area, especially the tea room. They are really well designed and organized and provide a nice space to relax and read and write. The breakfast was quite nice, they provide a serving size based on the number of people, though it was often not enough for us and we normally asked for another serving. They also brought a fruit and yogurt platter to the room in evenings which we also enjoyed. The location is convenient to walk down to the Yuchanglou Tulou in Xiabancun, though part of the way will be on the main road which can be busy with traffic. To get to other areas such as Tianluokeng and Taxiacun it is also possible to walk, though again sometimes you have to walk on the main road as there is no walking path or small side road. There is a tourist bus service that goes between the scenic spots and you can even flag them down in between though you are supposed to have purchased a transportation ticket first and that is not striaghtforward to get if you didn't get it in advance. So, most guests come with their own car or rent one. If arriving by train, while trip.com shows the Yongding and Longshan railway stations as the closest, actually the quickest and most convenient station is the one at Nanjing. Also, because the hotel is within the scenic area you do need to purchase tickets to enter, either online tickets or paper tickets at the gate.

A peaceful place to chill and relax. Very pretty, clean, modern interior and nice smelling room. Fruits, drinks and yoghurt are complimentary in every room. Within the room, it is spacious! They even offer us washing machine (equipped with detergent) in every room so we may wash our laundry. Exterior has been nicely designed too. Love the deco around the common area like the reading corner, tea table. Breakfast is quite good though it’s the same for both days we were there. Manager nicely upgraded one of our room as it was off peak season. Found out they have another branch in Yun Shi Yao. Perhaps can consider staying there and this for 2 different nights to experience different locations with hopefully similar level of standards.

Absolutely recommended place. The buildings and the room are lovely. It is and old house renovated with beautiful details. The chef cooks delicious local plates. They can find you a driver if you need to move around. Would love to come back anytime !

這次在南靖土樓1949民宿的住宿體驗非常棒！民宿的位置非常便利，就在田螺坑景區中心，靠近大榕樹和水車，步行即可到達和貴樓和懷遠樓。對於我們一家三口來説，這裏的親子設施非常貼心，小花園和無動力樂園讓孩子玩得非常開心，小財狗狗很乖巧。 房間設計獨特，每間客房都有自己不同的風格和元素，我們住的房間空間寬敞，床品舒適，讓人感覺非常放鬆。民宿的智能設施也很到位，比如智能馬桶等，增添了現代感。 餐飲方面，民宿提供的餐食非常美味，早餐的9宮格也非常豐富，營養搭配合理。 服務更是沒得説，從預訂開始，老闆就非常熱情，提供了詳細的景區訊息和接站服務。前台工作人員也非常友好，讓我們有更舒適的住宿體驗。 整體環境乾淨整潔，民宿的裝修既保留了老房子的韻味，又融入了現代設計，給人一種温馨而又時尚的感覺。在這裏，我們不僅感受到了土樓的歷史文化，也享受到了家一般的温暖。 強烈推薦南靖土樓1949民宿給帶孩子的家庭，這裏不僅位置優越，設施完善，服務周到，更能讓孩子們在遊玩的同時，學習到關於土樓的文化知識，是一次非常值得的親子旅行體驗！

房間很大、床也很大，依山傍水，環境很好。床品也比較舒服，房間內乾淨，設施齊全。服務很積極，有求必應，有什麼需求反應很快，也會推薦可以值得遊玩的地方。菜做的很好吃，下次來還定這家。

這應該是這次旅程中最滿意的一家民宿了，真的超級愛！小院裏滿院的白色杏花，真的太有氛圍感了，到處都掛滿了燈籠，過年氣氛十足。房間很大，床跟枕頭的很舒服，晚上坐在沙發上看投影電視好舒服。窗台景色也很美，美商在線，處處都能出片，大金毛超級可愛，早餐很好吃，附近的村落到處走走很寧靜祥和，除夕晚上大家一起放煙花很開心，真的是住過這麼多家民宿最好的一家之一了！性價比超高！
