Comfortable and nice place. But the window was quite dirty. The window net was very dusty.

Clean and cozy room with nice views. Great location. Cleaning every day. Would recommend staying here! The check in process is a bit confusing especially to foreigners because it is done via WeChat.

Contacted customer service for the room number and password, straightforward and fast. They also said can arrange for laundry but I didn't use that service. Location wise is ok, a few minutes of walking to either Shanghailu or Xinjiekou, where Xinjiekou is at the centre and convenient to travel to most of the tourist places. Price is cheap enough and the room is what I expected at this price. Might be a bit dusty at some corners but I am fine with it. Air conditioner is warm enough in this cold weather. Can easily find something to eat downstairs, and there are 2 convenient stores as well. Overall a good accommodation place if you are looking for cheaper rooms to stay.

The room is big and comfortable for 2-4 people. But only 1 people too big. Room is clean well.

We were very happy that the coffee shop can translate for us that we have to go to 23 level we meet the man in charge the don't speak English and he forward us to contact the management via we chat and we connect him via chatting with translator and he give us a room we don't like it but he was friendly and give us other room we stay one night than we got the room we booked In totally it's good for short stay with good price

The location is pretty convenient. lots of little shops and eateries nearby. the room is on higher floor with nice view. room was pretty good and fairly clean. after booking, you have to contact the owner for check in instructions. they will not contact you first. afterwards he adds you into wechat and communication begins. he's pretty fast in response. however, when I asked for a half hour later check out, he tried to bribe me with an exchange for a 5 star review. If he had not mentioned this and agreed for later check out, I would have given a higher review, but I do not like this tactic. I like giving honest reviews because I rely on reviews for my own bookings.
