客房寬敞明亮，床鋪舒適，環境安靜，隔音效果不錯，傢俱家電齊全，空調製冷制熱效果好，熱水供應穩定。

位置好偏，這裡是尚待開發的小區商圈，感覺有些爛尾，大片草皮都空着，商家也才幾家而已，沒車根本到不了這裏。停車5元/12小時。不過絕大多數人都停馬路上，免費。入住要找3-1棟，打電話才能開大門，民宿老闆借了一個樓面，進房間需密碼鑰匙，房間隔音一般，寬度僅一張床多一點吧。不是不足一百房價應該不會來。酒店最差的是電視就是擺設，除了一點老片免費，連看個電視頻道都要買會員。

自駕路過，位置非常好找，樓下停車方便24小時十元，25樓看江邊夜景太美了，樓下吃東西很方便，也有超市。房間整潔有冰箱，大熱天喝點冰鎮飲料很方便，價格實惠性價比高，服務人員態度好，給介紹周邊景點路線，沒白來，感謝。

位置與周邊：公寓位置挺便利的，靠近不少公交站點，出行還算方便。周邊生活設施也挺全，有超市能隨時採購日常用品，還有一些小吃店，解決吃飯問題挺容易。
公寓環境：外部環境看着挺整潔的，讓人感覺比較舒服。公共區域打掃得比較乾淨，樓道里沒有異味啥的。
房間情況：房間空間大小適中，佈局比較合理，不會讓人覺得擁擠。傢俱家電配備得挺齊全的，床睡着挺舒服，空調製冷制熱效果都不錯，還有獨立的衞生間，熱水供應穩定，就是隔音效果稍微差了點，偶爾能聽到外面的動靜。
服務方面：公寓的工作人員態度還挺好的，辦理入住和退房手續都挺快的，有啥問題找他們也能比較及時地幫忙解決，這點挺讓人滿意的。
總體來説，公寓性價比還是可以的，雖然有小瑕疵，但基本能滿足日常居住需求，是個不錯的選擇。
