Wonderful hotel…. Very clean, super spacious and very comfortable! The food in the hotel is ok and the service was really nice! Would definitely stay here again, totally a bargain for what they offer…. It has a nice pool too!

Great hotel, breakfast was full of any type of food, all the neighborhood is new and so still a bit empty but with some Chinese restaurants and shop around. City is just 25 min away

I stayed at the hotel for one night on a business trip. The hotel itself is located on the outskirts of the city, but its standard is excellent. Spacious clean rooms with good repair, excellent bathroom. There is a refrigerator, kettle, tea, coffee - everything that business travelers need. Comfortable bed. Breakfast in the morning is quite good. I will stay here again.

This place is very clean , the service is also good and the reception are so friendly I enjoyed my stay here and I will be back again

Near arena for world athletics 2025. Only 25 minutes walk. Mcdonalds nearby.

Our trip to Nanjing left us with beautiful memories and a very positive impression. Largely attributable to the very pleasant stay at Swisstouches Hotel. We stayed in the suite from end May to early June. 1. Very clean and comfortable suite - About one of the most comfortable rooms I have had stayed in recent memory. Spacious, clean, well - kept, well - maintained. Reasonably priced. Whole place smelled good, no hint of musky odour, no tobacco smell, children had zero issue with allergy. Sound proofing was great. I do wish the kitchenette is better equipped with microwave oven, utensils and simple crockery. Not that we cook in the room, but I guess it is more convenient to have simple utensils available in the kitchenette. 2. Courteous, attentive and responsive service - Reception was courteous, patient and reliable. Restaurant staff were obliging and prompt (requests were attended to promptly, room cleaning staff were responsible and detailed. (I accidentally left the Do-Not-Disturb sign on, they left a note reminding me about that, and took the initiative to return in the evening to clean up the room - all without any request from me. I thought of just going letting the room cleaning pass for 1 day). Such conscientious work attitude is hard to come by. 3. Food was hygienic and ample - The buffet breakfast was amply stocked and spread was decent. Not an emperor's feast, but way enough to surpass expectations for most people. 4. Location was decent, safe - The hotel is situated in the outskirts of Nanjing city. So you get the tranquil, but you wont have the hustle and bustle. There are convenience stores and eateries well within a stone's throw. Ride hailing taxis are easily available too. But if you are expecting to walk to the tourist spots, you will have to stay in the heart of the city. I personally prefer a location like Swisstouches' . 5. Facilities - I only tried the swimming pool and gym. Very decent. Good enough for exercise and workouts during travel. Gym was well equipped, albeit a little messy. But that's more of gym users rather than the set-up. Swimming pool was well maintained and monitored at all times. Great for lane swimming. All in all, fantastic stay. Go back again? Big Yes.

My room was absolutely beautiful and clean! Most of the staff were most helpful and friendly. The living room space was tranquil and quiet perfect for those needing a break or needing to complete business assignments. The swimming facilities we clean and orderly. My only complaint would be that the valet/concierge service only helped Chinese business men with their luggage and neglected anybody else(including myself) regardless of the fact that I was carrying heavy bags around with me. I was most please to find the room equipped with not 2 but 6 bottles of water considering the warm weather. Aside from this I would definitely stay here again.

看張學友演唱會住了南京瑞斯麗酒店，南京唯一一家瑞士風格的酒店，連住了兩晚，前台熱情周到的服務讓人賓至如歸，在此期間感謝小郭提供的幫助，房間舒適乾淨整潔，有健身房游泳池可以享用，可惜沒能去體驗一把，酒店的瑞士風格和貼心細節，如歡迎飲品等，增添了獨特魅力，無論是看演唱會還是度假，瑞斯麗酒店會成為許多人的首選！點贊👍

瑞斯麗一直朋友推薦，這次正好趕上演唱會期間，這邊酒店都爆滿，還好酒店前台小姑娘很給力，給升級了套房，第一次住五星的是這種複式結構的套房。整體上很有北歐的那種感覺，就是窗户小了，質感還是很不錯的，隔音也好，喜歡複式的可以建議感受一下。酒店平時價格也不高，旁邊就是砂之船，吃住玩都方便，推薦⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

五一期間南京的酒店溢價實在是太高了，自駕的可選性就多了，於是找到了算是僻靜的瑞斯麗。五百多真的很划算～ 酒店大堂裝修很氣派，工作人員態度也非常友好，臨走退房的時候前台ada小姐姐還給寶寶送了可愛的小背包，寶寶很喜歡～ 距離砂之船奧萊五分鐘左右的車程，裏面吃的玩的也不少，附近就有茶顏悦色，算是意外之喜。 想吐槽的點：預訂的時候衹有一份早餐，辦入住的時候跟前台説了可以多送一份，第一天去吃説系統衹有一位，打電話確認之後讓進去了，第二天一個人去吃，又説訂的房間不含早餐，我説昨天還來吃的今天怎麼就沒了…雖然後麪也是進去了，但還是有點莫名其妙，可能是五一期間人太多了服務有點跟不上了吧。看到很多人拿打包盒帶早餐的，早餐味道一般般，加錢買的話沒必要。

為了看5.2張學友演唱會，在南京瑞斯麗定的行政樓層，loft公寓類型，整體不錯，平台還送了行政禮遇套餐和下午茶，唯一的缺陷就是感覺節日的時候酒店接待能力有限，等房間等了好久，還有前台客服在咳嗽也沒有戴口罩，感覺有點不太好，還有8.30吃早餐的時候很多東西已經沒有了，希望有所提升。 瑞斯麗行政禮遇:可以的 環境：不錯 設施：不錯
