Thanks for very welcoming and helpful staff, including the two lobby manager, both named Eric. Bellboys Basil and Charlie , for their travel suggestions and tips.  While the hotel facilities are a bit old, surprisingly trip.com information showed it was only opened in 2018. And items like bedsheet/pillowcase quality, and room cleanliness can be further improved.

非常滿意的一次入住體驗，從踏入酒店禮賓Seth就提供了熱情的服務，前台Seren細心辦理入住。客房服務贊，房間乾淨整潔，也感謝賓客關係主任Darcy，Jenny的安排，酒店地理位置好，對面就是百家湖，金鷹景楓中心等購物中心。以後出差還會選擇景楓萬豪。

交通便利，離地鐵口非常近，旁邊就是幾個大商場和1912街區，坐了摩天輪，湖景很美，傍晚看夕陽，行政酒廊不錯，紅棗酒釀圓子炫了兩碗😋是一次不錯的入住體驗，小朋友都捨不得走了，下次再來。

萬豪的服務果然很棒，出行前就聯繫詢問有沒有特別的需求。到了酒店，加的床和小童牙刷已經準好了，贊一個。窗外湖景很美，床也很舒服，特別感謝下Darcy和Jenny.
