Hotellets läge är relativt tyst och pris/prestanda-förhållandet är mycket bra. Det finns också en sittgrupp i lobbyn, och soffan och datorn är mycket bra. Jag checkade in den 1 december och checkade ut den 3. Damerna i receptionen som jag träffade två gånger var mycket trevliga och servicen var perfekt. Frukostbuffén är också bra, med många kategorier, och jag hade utsökt tiramisu😋

Good: 1. Helpful staff 2. Attention to detail: I used 3 pillows to sleep and used 1.5 bottles of water to refill my water and I noticed that every room cleaning, my bed will have 3 pillows and she didn’t reset the configuration. She will also refill 2 bottles of water, but keep the 0.5 bottle there too so that I don’t waste. The attention to details is really good and deserve a 5 stars. Bad: 1. The hotel is situated in the middle of nowhere, so one would have to take Didi everywhere when travelling to other places. 2. The hotel is not really well maintained. The lift floor is torn, the walls have paint stained, initially staying in room 1125 and the room wall had a crack and the phone was coming out and you can see the cable and there was some smell. The safe lock was locked before I used it. I told the concierge and she assigned me to another room 1127. The smell was gone, there was no crack and the phone condition improved. She had to come up to reset my safe. 3. It is a smoking hotel. Expect the smell of cigarettes in the lift. 4. The gym and laundry room are in the same room.

Location too far from city, nearby not many restaurants, ample parking space, not suitable for someone who are on sight seeing visit to Nanjing

Very spacious and clean. The front desk in-charge is very accommodating.

It was a pretty enjoyable experience. I got a lot more room than I expected and the shampoo, conditioner and bodywash were brand name, Tré Semme. I even got a free breakfast card which was not what I originally paid for. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, definitely would recommend and return.

Very good place to be stay area is very silent and peaceful enjoyed the stay here the hotel service was also very good , receptionist was welcoming and understood everything. Internet facility available, vending machine is available , laundry is available and the most amazing good common area to spend time and eat with your friends and family
